I liked that they provide a really good and generous breakfast. I also like the tranquil of the place and the 24 hour presence at the reception. I got help getting a taxi super early in the morning. The wifi was pretty lacking though

The first room we were assigned had a broken door that wouldn’t close properly. We asked to change rooms, but the receptionist, who told us it was only her second day on the job, spoke to us very rudely and insisted that we stay in the same room while she sent someone to fix the door. The maintenance staff arrived about five minutes later and tried to repair it. After checking the door, he told us that he wouldn’t be able to fix it and advised us to go back to reception and ask for another room. When we returned to reception, the receptionist still seemed not to believe us. She continued speaking to us rudely and made us feel like it was our fault. She again tried to insist that we stay in the same room, despite the maintenance staff confirming that the door could not be fixed. Only after speaking directly with the maintenance staff, she finally agree to change our room and give us the keys to another one. We entered in the second room and there were broken lights, the blankets had holes, the washroom was moldy. These are things that you wouldn’t expect in a 4 stars hotel.

Staff cleaning and breakfast services, however no baked beans or hash browns available on breakfast. Air con wasn't working, so they have given us new room, but we didn't expect to pay price for the swimming pool 10 euros per person...!! Also, parking facility wasn't good either.

We had booked for a couple nights. We checked out the next morning. The Loud music after 1am , No Air conditioning, .The couches in the entrance where disgusting , No phones in the room to call the lobby.

Price was reasonable. Location is outside and quiet hart to reach to bus station. Breakfast very basic. Swimming pool very crowded and too small one has to pay 10 euros not included in the price.
