Cute quaint great for the price Air condition is not strong enough, the elevator broken. Front desk at check in very poor and uninformative.

Very convenient location; Rome's tourist spots (from the Colosseum to the Trevi Fountain) are within walking distance. We even walked to the Vatican, even though it took an hour. The big train station is very close, too. The Papal Basilica of Saint Mary Major is literally on the other side of the road. The roof bar is wonderful, both when eating breakfast and drinking something in the evening. The Wi-Fi connection was very spotty, but these days that's not that big of a deal. However, in the suite's bedroom, the AC couldn't be turned off* or tuned higher than 21 degrees. Some people love cold sleep - I don't and got a cold thanks to it. (To be precise: it could be turned off, but it always came back in 15 seconds.)

Air conditioner was confusing, could not change temperature it was very cold in the room or super hot if we chose to shut it off. I had to use bed covers on top of bed sheet.

Concierge weren’t very helpful.

On the downside, the central air conditioning wasn't working properly, keeping the room uncomfortably warm for a summer night at around 25 degrees. Interestingly, the 3-star hotel we'd stayed at the night before actually had better toiletries and amenities, complimentary bottles of water, a smart TV, and independent (rather than central) air conditioning that truly worked. These small additions would go a long way toward improving this hotel.

We were spending one night in Rome before heading to a cruise. The hotel was conveniently located near the train station. The staff was so friendly and there was a wonder rooftop bar / restaurant that had an amazing view of the piazza. Also, my niece forgot her key and locked herself out of her room. They were so wonderful and accommodating to get us back in the room quickly because we had a timed entry at the Vatican. Wish we could have stayed another night!

The property is 10mins away from the station and close to most of the landmarks which is a big plus. The front desk staff are helpful. The daily service helped a lot. The property is dated so the washroom had a funny smell (nothing that a little deo didn’t fix) The biggest negative for me was that there was no coffee machine in the room. They had a kettle and Nescafé sachets; which was disappointing. Their breakfast was also not good. They served scrambled eggs which didn’t taste like eggs at all. Glad I didn’t include breakfast in my room plan. Their roof top has great views. However their spritz’s are €20- seemed pricey to me.

The location was perfect! Easily walk to all of the interesting attractions and sits on the beautiful Basillica square. The view from my room was unsurpassed. I recommend upgrading to the room with a view. Loved everything.
-
The property was close to most attractions we wanted to visit. The staff was wonderful and there was a great gelato place right on the block! There was nothing we did not like about the property.
-
The carpet was extremely worn throughout and the bathroom in our room smelled of mildew.
-
Close to train station and within walking distance to many attractions Nothing

The showering situation was a bit disappointing. Since the bath tub did not have shower curtain[or any similar set up] it's hard to stop water from spilling over and making the floor wet while taking standing shower. The washroom itself is very spacious though.

The location is perfect, the breakfast was great, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Nothing

Location was excellent for our travel and sightseeing needs. Older hotel so rooms, as expected, were a little dated and worn.
-
The location There was water shortage in the night for two days. Not much variety in breakfast. Also the AC didn’t work properly.

The rooms are clean. Rooms are well equipped, although appliances and furniture show some wear and tear. This is particularly apparent when it comes to shower heads, drains and so on. I would recommend replacement of drain mechanism of the bath tub in its entirety, as it is corroded beyond repair and no longer functioning. The receptionist had issue with us paying city tax in cash instead of card. For some reason he pretended not to have enough change by hand. Finally, he departed to consult with someone, and suddenly found a way to open a registry. I doubt his behavior was due to language barrier, as he had no issue conversing with me or other guests.

Within walking distance of the train station and key attractions. A very central location.

Location for our visit was prefect. Show head drop of shower onto my head when having a shower in the evening
