Could use a little updating on facilities

The Nakissa Inn was great for our family of 5, including 3 adult kids. We had two rooms that were set up specifically for our needs - one room with a queen bed, the other with a queen and two twins. We arrived early from a cruise, not expecting the rooms to be ready, but were able to drop our bags and head out to grab a bite to eat. The manager was very welcoming and answered any questions. The location was super close to the colosseum and many restaurants! Oh, and the AC was fantastic at night (it tried to keep up during the day but the heat wave was crazy!). The location was a bit far from everything but the Colosseum, but we wanted to try a different area. We didn’t find Monti to be as quaint as the Piazza Navona area, it was still quite touristy.

facility was clean and offered good basic comfort. Location was excellent with a short walk to major attractions such as the Colosseum and Forum, as well as multiple restaurants. Facility was difficult to locate at first and even though there was a call box at the entry to the building, Nakissa Inn was not listed; I had to ring a random number to let us in and then some nice folks directed us upstairs to the floor where the Inn was located. Once past that, everything was fine. Also, the room had no television, just FYI.

Great location. Everything needed, nothing more. No televisions, basic linens, no toiletries.

Great location, perfect for exploring Rome. Elevator was great for luggage, air conditioner worked great, and it was easy in and out as we were touring. Very basic accommodations. Clean and adequate, but no frills. No toiletries. Very basic linens. No televisions.

The beds were hard, shower was small, no face towels

Only like it because it was closer to the colosseum other than t First looks like old no TV and it doesn’t look like the picture to be honest also I was talking to my husband since we have a different time and couldn’t sleep yet the owner knock on the door saying to be quiet because they couldn’t sleep and we were to loud I was shock no wonder it doesn’t have tv wouldn’t stay there again sorry.

The location is perfect—just a 2-minute walk from the Colosseum, and everything is easily walkable. The location

I had some trouble contacting the host about getting into the property but it was perfectly fine after that

Owner/manager was pleasant upon arrival. Location was within walking distance from Roma termini and only 30 minutes by uber/taxi to the airport. Close to the Colosseum and so many restaurants to choose from. The main thing was that we did not really know what to do upon arrival. It would have been more convenient to have a code to enter the building ahead of time. Instead we don’t really know what to do so I called the number on booking.com, we were given a code to get in and then had to wait just a bit for manager/owner to arrive. If we had arrived late, it would have felt a little scary. So a code to get in to the building right away would be nice!

The location was absolutely perfect, and the room was very clean. A written list of recommended local restaurants.

Location close to everything Nothing

The decoration is a bit dated while functioning. The building it’s in is not well maintained and the check in process can be confusing as there is no bell to ring.

The host was nice, kind, and very helpful. The location was perfect — just a 2-minute walk to the Colosseum and very close to the Roman Forum and other main attractions. The room was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. N/A

Location is great and the decor is wonderful. The recommandations of the owner were great! The place is getting quite old and needs some work. The building outside smells really bad, but the place itself smells nice When coming in we were not able to get through the main foor, as we didn't receive proper instructions. We had to ring the bells on another hotel on a different floor who let us in.
