Navona Street Hotel

The hotel was very nice, clean and quiet and the location can't be beat. First of all, it's on a side street so you don't have the hustle and bustle of a main thoroughfare. It was an easy walk to the Vatican and one block from the river. It also had a nice outdoor dining area on the quiet street. The breakfast buffet is also very nice. I highly recommend this hotel. For anyone with mobility issues, this hotel might be a struggle. My elderly aunt and uncle were planning to join us but decided against the trip. It was a good thing because while the hotel says all the rooms are in the ground floor, there are short steps to the rooms and there is a spiral staircase to the breakfast buffet. My aunt would have had a difficult time.

We needed a hotel for one night so went with a budget friendly option and we could not have been MORE pleased. Front desk help was superb, room was clean and comfy, and charming. The free breakfast was THE best breakfast I have ever had at a hotel! I would highly recommend this hotel!! Nothing

Very helpful staff. Alessia helped and be flexible upon taking care of our late arrival. Fond helped us arrange transportation upon our departure. They are super helpful team that we appreciate a lot. Room very small.

The location was incredible, right in the center of the action, but still the room was quiet. The bed was enormous. Staff was great. We loved this hotel. Breakfast was fine, but nothing too exciting.

The location was fantastic. 15 minutes to St. Peter's basilica at the Vatican, 7 minutes to Piazza Novana. Tons of choices of restaurants , lounge bars and shopping. 100 meters to bus transportation. People upstairs were very very active at night, you can hear them walking around. I wasn't bothered by it, but some might be.

Our room was a bit small, and the air conditioning ran quite cold. Also wished there could be better views from the room as the windows were boarded up (probably because they're on the first floor).

We have been traveling throughout Italy for a month and have stayed in many hotels in this country. Breakfasts have been consistently good but breakfast at the Navona Street Hotel was above our average breakfast experience. The staff was super accommodating and we are especially grateful for them providing us toast and tea at night when I didn’t feel well. Lots of extras we don’t always get in Italy, like English tv channels, coffee maker in the room, & staff present at all times. I usually try to think of something to write in this section but I can’t think of anything that I’d suggest to make our stay better.

Location, cleanliness, beds, and Alexis and waiter Yule! We couldn’t figure out how to turn off a light above a window in room 208.

Staff was super nice all the time, and greeted us with a nice gift for our honeymoon & were nice enough to leave us breakfast the night before since we had an early flight. Thought we booked a bigger room & we ended up getting a room super small … but once there we were supper jet lagged that we didn’t care we just wanted to sleep

Very friendly, helpful, professional receptionists. Hotel bistro's drinks and meals are basic but excellent and at a very good price, served on a nice terras. Very good continental breakfast buffet. Central location.

Location was perfect! The staff was very friendly and helpful! Especially Alessia at the front desk. All was good.
