The sound proofing was awful. The family with two kids running up and down the hallway throughout the night sounded like they were right there in the room. Beyond the original price agreed upon, which already had some taxes, there were two additional taxes that were tacked on when I checked out. I expected that when the booking.com site said that the listed price included taxes, then that would be the final price.

Convenient to the ring road. Good breakfast. Clean. Free parking. Friendly staff. Our room was right next to the busy Tiburtina roadway - very loud. We learned that we had to go to the front desk to request that the staff turn on the climate control in our room. Seems like they should turn it on when you check in.
