The location! It’s off the tourist crowds of the colluseum. Therooftop breakfast is awesome.

I didn't like that there policy Is take the full amount of your stay , out of your bank 10 days prior, Then you check out after your stay, Pay in full again from your bank account. They place a 30 day pre authorised payment Which you will not receive for 1 month. We had 2 rooms 1 night accommodation Paid $2661 AUD on 17th June,10 days prior to staying. Checked out 28th June, paid again $3223 AUD as they informed me prior payment was a pre authorised payment, It is now 7th July my funds are still on pending,called my bank they informed me that the hotel placed a 30 day pre authorised payment it cannot be returned untill the 30. Days 17th July Be careful with hotels that practice this Imagine the next hotel did it ,then the next ,etc.. Lucky we where coming home from our Europe trip.so out of my bank Ok have spent from funds almost $6000 AUD For 1 night 2 rooms But will receive the $2661 pre authorised payment 1 month later

Exceptional service and rooms. I stayed in the suite overlooking the coliseum and it was just beautiful. The breakfast at the terrace overlooking the coliseum is amazing, and the food they prepare is perfect. Everything is as per the standard expected. It is pricy for sure, but you get the full comfortable and luxury experience you paid for. Nothing.

Then I had to pay again. Been over 2 weeks they still haven't returned money I paid twice and still waiting As above they double charge

We stayed in the apartments and they were perfect for our family of 4. Beautiful room and was fun to do the tasting experience at the Court overlooking the Coliseum.

Had a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment that was separate from the hotel. Both showers had significant mold growing on the tiles and grout. We informed the staff and they gave us €60 off of a €800 suite. They had room service Turing the room over before we had even checked out. The Marco Apartment is a good concept but poorly executed. The apartment building smells like fish in the common areas. Pretty sure the private parking garage they use tracked our vehicle location as we were robbed shortly after stopping at a mall to buy an extra suitcase.

The apartment was a little dark and some brighter lighting could help. Also, there was no coat closet or hangars, or hooks. Just a wardrobe in the bedroom. We didn’t have a great option to hang our coats that were wet from the rain.

It was a great property in center of town close to everything footsteps away from all types of shopping the apartment has beautiful views of the sea and the apartment was in excellent condition the family had a great time

Beautiful, clean hotel with impeccable service. Big room. Right next to the Colosseum. Outstanding views and staff. Paola at check in is so polite and professional. Gabrielle and Irene at breakfast were superb. Great location. Highly recommend. Nothing

We were in an apartment building 3 blocks behind the hotel which was partially under construction and looked run down in the hall ways

Grand old lady, exquisitely decorated, in enviable location. Roof top terrace looking down on colosseum a real treat. Staff very attentive to the point of being a tad too much in my opinion. Our second room (suite) wasn’t even in the hotel! It was 0.4k away in residential block! How they market it as the hotel I can’t think. Also even though we booked b&b the three of us in the flat weren’t entitled to breakfast and also because the suite was in a different building my wife and I’s plan of a romantic evening with our 3 children in another suite of two bedrooms was knackered as we had to split up with one adult in each room. ?

absolute beautiful property in a great location. the view, the staff, the restaurant…. immaculate

Apart from the main building being sold out where there were no rooms available , we still had a spectacular room in their nearby building

Very expensive! But very nice!
