Shower over the bath and no curtain.

Facilities need some repair to look fresh. Size of room and bathroom is quite small

The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We weren't able to try the breakfast because we had a very early flight, so we checked out before it was served. Overall, it's a practical and well-located hotel, particularly for travelers looking for easy access to Roma Termini.

They turn off the AC at night! Do not stay here if you value sleep or basic comfort. Despite it being 38c outside during my stay between 11th june to 14ty June , the hotel shuts off the air conditioning every night from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. The room became an oven, and it was impossible to sleep. It is completely unacceptable for a hotel to cut off basic amenities during a heatwave.Ruined my trip to Rome due to sheer exhaustion. Avoid at all costs

This hotel is virtually inside Roma Termini. Back room was very quiet

The location was perfect. The staff were really nice and respectful. There was no air conditioner and when I used the bath there was no fresh air in the room because all the steam remained in the room and made it damp. In the last night a group of student stayed there and made too much noise that I barely could sleep. Although I asked the staff to ask them be more quiet and they did ask them but the students ignored it. So I believe there should be more considerations regarding the noises made by other guests.

The stay was great overall. The hotel was comfortable and in a good location, just next to the Termini. The luggage storage security felt a bit weak. They just hand you a key to the room where everyone’s bags are kept, and there are no security cameras inside. It felt a bit unsupervised when picking up or leaving bags.

Bathroom had black mold and multiple places shower was hard to get in and out of was not able to open the shutters in my room and was not able to adjust the thermostat under 23°

Friendly staff

Convenient location right near the main train station. Easy access to the building and the staff provided excellent service. Value for the stay met our needs. Elevator is tiny but it get the job done especially if you have larger luggage to move around with. All things met our needs.

The receptionist and the house cleaner was very mean
-
Literary next to roma termini. If the rooms are updated. Not so modern, and no water kettle in room.
-
No hot water in the morning, electrical sockets in the room were in bad shape,it was hard for me to charge my mobile phone up . The walls were all stained, and the mini refrigerator completely empty, not even water in there .
-
Close to station False description, no ac, very old rooms and bad hygene
-
Perfect location directly opposite Termini, basic but comfortable and comprehensive breakfast
-
Location No AC, mosquitoes
-
Excellent communication with the reception staff. Train station is directly across the street. Easy to get around Rome for tourists. Excellent well stocked breakfast with quick services of the waitstaff. The noise from the taxi's outside the building but unfortunately at the terminal they are constantly moving and honking their horns.

The staff were super friendly and always available. They said I could leave my luggage after checkout even without me asking. The location, right in front of Roma Termini station, was exactly what I needed. The breakfast was also complete and the food was tasty. The single room is really small, a lot smaller than I expected. There was a little noise from the room next door as well.

Super central location. Next to termini it allowed us to travel all arround rome so easily Everything was great.

Nice front desk people, great location across from station. VERY NOISY, the room I had overlooked street and even though on 6th floor, sounded like cars were in the room, problem existed because taxi loading station on street in front either crosswalk and the taxis would constantly honk at the pedestrians ALL DAY AND INTO THE EVENING, got quieter after midnight
