We have left early and we didn’t get a refund.

At the end everything was included. But FF&E are cheap. There are no Schuko plugs. Positive note the parking is included.

I have really enjoyed our short stay in Rome. The hotel is not super centrally placed, however, if you're looking for a quiet location, this is it. It was actually the main reason we chose it. Nicolas who welcomed us was a great host, providing useful information and speaking German really well! He really tried (and succeeeded!) to make us feel welcome and cherished. Our room had a decent size and although it was on the ground floor, it was very quiet. We arrived quite late the next morning for breakfast and there was not much left to eat. However, the lady that served breakfast was very kind and trying her best to ensure we don't leave hungry :) we really appreciated her!

Euclide station & "trenino" on the way to Rome historical center. Use other options (bus, cab, walk...) !

Being a bit OCD I was worried about the cleanliness, however it was very clean.

There was no washing machine as advertised... this was important for me as I had zero clean clothes that late night I checked in.
