Suite is spacious w 2 large bedrooms. The A/C works very well, rooms have tvs and mini fridges. The neighborhood is really cute, safe and close to transit and the vatican Bathroom could have more toiletries, such as shampoo and conditioner, not just soap. City tax only paid in cash is sketchy and shouldn’t be allowed. Beds are a little hard

Great location. Helpful staff. The rooms are spacious and the bathroom has everything you need. It’s not super fancy, but you don’t need that at all. The fridges in the rooms make quite some noise but if you unplug them during the night it’s no issue at all

The apartment location and the room a the staff all was nice. There is no plug socket for charging near the bed.

Excellent location, nice and clean rooms. Very quiet—didn’t hear any street noise The tap water did not taste very good. There was a water in the refrigerator but it never was refilled after day one. Perhaps it was just chilled tap water.

Really cute place with lots of Italia like vibes. Windows opened up to very European views..there was cold bottled water in the fridge. Location was very walkable to everywhere. Have to call the hotel owner after 9pm check-in. Can be difficult after long day of travel and no data/ wifi.

Apartment located in a quiet area but still in the center of the action. Easy access from the airport. We did not use public transport except for the airport transfer, all the most important places to see in Rome were located within a 10 to 30 minute walk. Cleanliness at the highest level, which a 5 star hotel would not be ashamed of. Surprisingly a lot of space in the spacious apartment and wonderfully comfortable beds with extra pillows made us feel at home. The caring people dealing with the rental reacted immediately to our needs. We felt their care and commitment to make our stay successful.

The owner is incredibly attentive if you need anything. Great restaurants nearby. Nothing. A nice addition would be local recommendations nearby.

Proximity to Metro A and walking distance to Vatican Museums. Owner met us and let us in. Often unable to connect to WiFi. When connected , service was unreliable and slow. "Breakfast" consisted of coffee and croissant.
