The location. It is close to the train station and there are many restaurants around to choose from There was no pressing iron for clothes. But I guess that’s the hotel’s policy.

The front desk staff were amazing, so helpful with everything including requesting taxis, questions about restaurants, locations for meeting tour operators, etc. The housekeeping staff were also terrific, our room was meticulously cleaned every day. The AC in our two rooms worked beautifully which was crucial for us. The hotel lobby furniture is a bit dated, making the hotel seem less luxurious than it actually is. Breakfast was not included in our package and was priced too high on the days we could have taken advantage of this convenience; the breakfast should be discounted for hotel guests. Although we enjoyed our stay at this nice hotel, we felt we paid a high price (perhaps in part, due to it being July in Rome)

The bedroom was good size for 4, very clean, good AC, confortable beds and a very nice WC. Breakfast had a lot of options, continental style. The entire staff is very friendly and helpfull. Our junior suite was well stocked- quality beddings, robes etc No one to help take bags in when we arrived. Obviously short staffed

The staff were very welcoming and very fast service however the facility wasn’t as expected. The lobby’s furniture needs refurbishing the mattresses needed renewing as they are very flat.

Excellent location near Termini station for airport/train access. Spacious rooms clean, modern interiors compared to many Rome hotels. Helpful staff and beautiful breakfast buffet.

Very nice very clean the sweetest staff ever and very welcoming . I would come back here next time I loved it . After checking into my room they called me and asked if the room is at my expectation and happy with it and I loved that . It’s very diffrent than the other hotels I liked everything , there’s nothing bad about the place
