There was excessive noise coming from other rooms. I could hear doors slamming frequently and people talking from the corridor

I liked the location next to the train station, the fact that the reception is 24 hours per day. Breakfast was really really good. Room was quiet Nothing

It’s a part from a residental building, the cleaning services are bad they use a piece of cloth to clean up , once you enter the hotel and reach up to the reception you can see buckets full of water and the smell of bleach is so intense in the reception area. They even dry out sheets and duvet covers in front of you in the lobby’s reception and We asked for a kettle they literally told me that there is only one kettle in the whole hotel and I had to wait for the other lodgers to hand in the kettle they had overall it was a bad experience I do not recommend the price is overrated.

The room was clean ? The location was excellent close to metro and bus stops and some local restaurants and shops close by. 1. The breakfast was average. 2. I didn't have fridge in my room . 3. They charge €10 a day for a crib, and they don't provide it automatically, usually when I book a room with an infant the hotel provide crib automatically for free.

Not very clean, some facilities are broken. I ask for twin bed they gave matrimony.

The location is perfect, directly up to the Metro Station Bologna! A residencial District, where you can find multiple Markets and Restaurants. The hotel is not too big, but very comfy for the price you pay!. The noise in the street, I think the windows are not so Isolated, but in most of the night you can sleep well.

Good water pressure, hot water. Overall good breakfast. The kitchen cook I believe he is Ecuadorian was very friendly. The room has a small fridge. The train station was closed during our stay. Which made our stay a little disappointed, as is far. One way to main attractions was about $25 - 30 USD. Of course, the hotel has nothing to do with it.

Exceptional

1. The staff is so kind and friendly, everyone starting from concierge and including people doing the cleanings. Lovely people ! 2. Location is great, with metro and bus stop outside the doorsteps (also a great Napolitan pizzeria) 3. There is a lift (note: you still have a few steps to get inside the building and from there you can take the lift) 4. The hot water pressure, just perfect. 5. Fridge in the room. 1. The furniture and the bathroom are quite old and a bit smelly. While the room was clean, it didn’t look like it because of the dated furniture. 2. They ask you to leave the door key with concierge when you go out (however there is a 24/7 concierge service).

We arrived after midnight, so 24 hour check-in was very helpful! Also, nice view of the city and clean comfortable room/bed.
