Hotel Pineta Palace

So-so maintenance Staff, view, location Restaurant. Noise from HVAC motors located in the backyard. Hvac controller in the room did not work properly, not allowing reduce fan speed, as a consequence I had to switch that off at night.

Breakfast was fantastic-employees were excellent- Location was horrible-no activities-no resturants/fast foods for snacks- transportation to activities- airport-cruiuse terminals etc were very expensive and it offset the good price for the hotel plus some!!!

The room was immaculate, the TV is above your hotel standards and the bed was very comfortable. A place to consider if you re looking for non central, affordable and high quality accommodation. The shower booth could be bigger but it was not a real problem, just the only thing i can think about

Our only complaint was that the location was not ideal at all. We used bikes, cabs and the local bus and felt like that wasted a lot of time because most things are quite far from the hotel. Also, the bus is not as easy to use because often times it requires transfers and coming back to the hotel was challenging as the bus schedules and routes change throughout the day.

Very nice place to stay to stay for groups, breakfast was good and had amazing staff.

There are many choices for breakfast, but the same ones every day. There is no water or coffee available that you can access, if needed. Breakfast bags have the same items (i.e., bottled water, croissant, apricot if lucky, jelly, and crackers). Water and coffee should be available all the time in the lobby as a courtesy to your guests. The room is clean, but there is no ice maker in the hallway, and no microwave in the room.

Support of the staff. Matteo was very good. Hotel could have provided different options for breakfast as all 04 days I stayed the breakfast menu was the same.

Service of the staff, particularly Matteo was very supportive

Really nice hotel with very friendly helpful reception staff. Not altogether happy with first room offered, but more than happy with the alternative offered without a fuss. Had to ask the room servicing lady to replace the paper cups, and complimentary tea bags were not replaced. I mention these last things for your information and not as a complaint.

The hotel was situated in a calm area,not to far from the bus station Overall,the hotel was definitely worth it’s price and I would highly recommend it

Had an early flight, so I got my breakfast to go in a bag. It was ready at the reception early in the morning! I really appreciated it, thank you! ❤️
