Very good hotel located near Roma Tiburtina train station. Shower was good, breakfast had a good selection of cold cuts, fruits and pastries, bed was comfortable, A/C worked fine, hotel personnel were friendly. Just be aware that they charge 30 Euros for early check in and the neighborhood is noisy. Loud music at 11pm on a Tuesday night. Police or ambulance sirens throughout the night.

The breakfast spread was great. The restaurant is excellent and the service by all the staff was great. They prepared breakfast boxes for our early departure and front desk staff were very helpful with information. Great proximity to Tiburtina station and metro. Not much, we felt it was an overall good experience.

Good hotel, clean, and modern. Great location if you want to take the bus as it right across the street, and easy access through the Tiburtina train station. The staff were very friendly and helpful (see below). Good breakfast selection as well. Apparently, they spray perfume on the bed but they spray A LOT to the point that it is suffocating when you enter. And it is worse that it is on the bed, so opening the window doesn't help and you breath it in when you lay down. The staff were very helpful though when I complained that they searched for another room with less odor. They acknowledged that the smell is too strong and made it impossible to enter some rooms, and that they have notified the janitorial services to stop using this essence that they are spraying. Personally, I would stay here again, but I would leave a note next time to make sure that they don't spray my room (in case they were still doing it).

The Rooms are spacious and spotless clean. Exceptional Hot Breakfast. Hearty selection, fresh and tasty. The Bar and Restaurant is a highlight of the property. Great and friendly Bar staff ! The Restaurant crew is very friendly and helpful. Very professional.
