The location is very convenient, with a metro station just 10-15 minutes away on foot and numerous bus stops nearby. This makes it easy to access all the must-see spots in Rome. The neighborhood felt safe and was pretty quiet. While the room has no air conditioning, this wasn't an issue during our visit. There was a tower fan in the room and it got the job done. The shower worked well and was clean - felt like home. The bed fit us both comfortably. The room was cleaned whenever we left. I'd definitely stay here again and recommend it with no doubt!

The apartment is located in a very nice neighborhood and it's well connected to most attractions (metro station in 15 min walk). Paolo is one of the best hosts we have ever met - always helpful and friendly, willing to give great recommendations. We highly recommend it!

I had the JAZZ room at this b&b, and I enjoyed my stay tremendously. The staff, especially Paolo, are extremely kind and helpful. The room was spacious enough, with a king-sized bed. The b&b is situated in one of the most prestigious and beautiful parts of non-tourist Roma, close to Coppedè and Villa Torlonia. I loved every moment of my one-night stay and would gladly return. Quick response from the owner who is friendly. Near from the supermarket and bus stop. I wanted to pay in cash at the hotel but according to the owner the payment must be finished before arriving. It seems that the payment options is different between the owner and booking site.

Our stay at Paolo’s house in Rome was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, making it feel more like home than just a place to stay. Special thanks to Maria, who was incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to offer help with anything we needed. The breakfast was very good and delicious, a perfect way to start the day. The rooms were comfortable and well-kept and clean, adding to the overall charm of the place. It truly felt like home, and I would highly recommend Paolo’s house to anyone looking for a warm and personal stay in Rome! And the restaurant right next to Paolo's - La Taverna dei Goti Pizza, is the best pizza we had in Rome! Nothing

The room was fantastic – clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The location was perfect; I could easily walk to all the main attractions and find nice restaurants nearby. Breakfast was also delicious, with plenty of options to start my day. Overall, everything was perfect, and I can’t wait to come back. Thank you, Paolo, for an unforgettable experience!

Everything was perfect and beyond expectations. The apartment is located in a beautiful house with a beautiful yard (there is a small fountain with fish). The apartment has lots of table games, looks very stylish and comfortable - like your friends' place but super-clean and super-cozy. The best thing is the people there: the hosts were super helpful and friendly. If you prefer non-sweet breakfasts and not so much carbohydrates - you can buy some vegetables or cheese in Carrefour which is 3 min walk from the home.
