Houspitality Caesar B&B lived up to previous reviews and was a great spot for our two-night stay in Rome. It was within walking distance to areas like Vatican City, Plaza del Poppolo, the Pantheon, etc. It was also within a five-minute walk of the metro or several major bus routes. We used the bus significantly to get to places like the Colosseum, etc., and it could not have been easier. As for the property, the communication ahead of time, and Gordon, the property manager, was excellent. He was very welcoming, helped us store our bags before we were able to check into our room, got us situated with breakfast every day and also took care of everything else on site. The room was big enough for two adults and a 15-year old child, although it was no frills. The beds were very comfortable, and breakfast was simple but adequate. The only down side was that during an extreme heat wave, the air conditioning was not quite as strong as it needed to be. My sense is that it would be okay in ordinary situations, but with temperatures near 100 degrees Fahrenheit, it made for some hot nights.

Perfect location, pretty, easy to get in, nice staff, comfortable, clean.

Great location with easy access to the metro. It's close to the Vatican city. The suite was big enough for our family (2 adults and 2 children), which is not easy to find among conventional hotels in Rome.

Very good location Kind of hard to find at first but that was the only negative thing. Once we found it everything was perfect. It’s on the 4th floor of a decent sized building. There isn’t any signage so you have to kind of ask around.

Walkable location to many attractions such as the Vatican. Close to public transportation in about 5 minute walk. Having breakfast brought in the morning was nice along with coffee machine, microwave, and fruits available 24 hours a day. Clean facility and easy check in. Close to major road so the loud road noise can be heard at times. Breakfast menu was sparse and could use more choices such as boiled egg and oat meal, etc., instead of more "instant" choices.

The host was very friendly and helped provide clear directions upon checkin - you need to advise your approximate time of arrival since there is not someone present at all times. A list of breakfast options provided, we had to leave very early so were able to get pre-made ham and cheese sandwiches the night before. Room was spacious. AC and WiFi worked well. Hot water in the shower plus shampoo and soap provided. Easy to street park around the property. Fridge provided in room and communal microwave and coffee machine available. Just a top sheet was provided I think since it was summer, I got cold at night and like the weight of a blanket so would have preferred to have that.

Location is great. The room was large, clean and with great style. The host prepared the room for us before the official checkin time and welcomed us with a great smile and all the relevant info.

  • Engine customer May 2025

The staff reserved us a taxi to reach the apartment. One of the 2 beds was a foldable sofa-bed.

  • Engine customer Apr 2025

Very helpful and friendly staff. Spacious room and very comfy beds. Great selection for breakfast that is delivered to your room, at your requested time. Great coffee and tea selection available all day long, together with fruits and water.

The room was great, big enough to accommodate 3 people. Gordon was really helpful and nice. The location is really close to metro station. Piazza del Popolo at about 5 mins walking distance. You can easily take a walk to Fontana di Trevi by walking on Via del Corso which is really close. Very good breakfast included

Gordon was the perfect host, very kind and even making us sandwiches for our morning breakfast. Our room was quiet and comfortable, traditional Italian decor felt like we were back at our grandparents home. One block away from the red line Metro A, the whole city was accessible. Neighborhood was quiet and safe and we were still able to walk everywhere. Nothing

Great accomodation in a nice neighbourhood, very helpful staff. Good selection for breakfast, including gluten free options. Nothing

  • Engine customer Jan 2025

Great location, near metro station and close to Vatican Claudia was nice and helpful, easy to communicate with her. Room was comfortable, big size, we were a family with an 11 years old child and in our room were 2 double beds and still a lot of space.

A quiet place with a delicious breakfast in the room. All recommendations.

  • Engine customer Nov 2024

It had everything we needed. Loved that there was a water dispenser, coffee maker, tea station and microwave for us to use which made our stay that much more convenient. They serve breakfast in your room, adding to the charm of B&B. Claudia our host was warm and welcoming, easy to communicate and explained everything is detail. She helped prepare our breakfast the night we arrived since we had an early start the next day. Props to the guy who prepared the breakfast (did not catch his name). The rooms are clean and comfortable too! N/A
