The location Well from the start I would like to add that the apartment is divided in 2 rooms with shared kitchen. There are no possibility to cook, no cutlery’s, bowls, microwave, nothing. The neighbour was smoking and you can smell it. The TV was not working, no wi-fi,

NOTHING TO LIKE THERE no hot water to take shower and old stinky bed for breakfast you have to walk 1km for breakfast and you get small coffee and peace of bread.

Location was close to city centre in Rome. Lots of restaurants in the neighbourhood. Easy and flexible check-in and check-out. Room was comfortable with a mini fridge and private shower and toilet. AC was a life-saver. Daily cleaning/making the bed. Breakfast was in a nearby café with very limited options: a coffee and a croissant. Parking was difficult to find.

Close to bus stops. We arrived early but the hosts let us in at 12 which was very nice. Rooms were poorly equipped. There wre no plates or cutlery. Hosts explained that in a cheap BB they don't need to provide them, but it sounds weird. I always stay in budget places and don't expect a modern kitchen, but a plate or a fork is sth really basic. We were provided with cutlery, but explaining that tourists don't always eat in restaurants but need to make coffee or sth basic to eat in a room was embarrassing. I stayed in many cheap places but none of them was so poorly equipped.

We like the bed, and the neighborhood was very quiet. The room was very nice like on the pictures. We would like to thank's again the check-in, even we arrived late they came back in order to let us in! Nothing.

Great place.

The bed was comfortable, the shower was good. The room was clean and the wifi connection was great. Our host was a very kind lady, who was happy to answer any questions we had. The bus station was pretty easy to find, and there were a few cafes and restaurants nearby. We couldn't use the coupons to get breakfast, no one answered the door. Finding the location was a bit difficult, especially since we arrived at night and it was raining heavily, and then we had to stand for about 10 minutes outside in the rain before our host arrived to let us in. A bigger or more obvious sign would've been better. Having some basic groceries in the kitchen like bottled water or instant coffee would be good. And the walls were pretty thin, we could hear our neighbours pretty clearly.

The owner and his wife were very friendly. The room was cleaned almost every day during our stay. The location was pretty quiet (with the exception, that neighbors had small kids, so during the day it was a little bit noisy in the room, but that is for mi acceptable) There was some kind of problem with hot water. It took almost 10 mins. to get warmer water. This will not be a problem to wait a bit, but last day of our stay we were not able to get it running even after 20 mins. so we were forced to have a cold shower. Also, it is good to have a fridge in the room, however, the sounds it made during the night were scary as hell. There is a bus stop near the accommodation, however during our stay there was a closure of traffic, and we had to travel to another one almost 1km away to get to the center.

The apartment and location are excellent. The host is very communicative, kind and helpful. The bus stop is in 5 minutes of the apartment. We used the bus number 8 to the Piazza Venezia. Recommendation for this accommodation in Rome. -

The owner is friendly and helpful, the room is complete of a full private bathroom, the position of the room is great. It's not too close to the city centre, but there are several bus stops nearby which allows to move in the city easily. There was a lot of dust under the bed. We noticed how someone would come into the room daily not to clean, but to make the beds and leave new towels.
