Clean and neat rooms, spacious bathroom. Location was a quiet residential area with cafes and some restaurants nearby. The staff was very helpful with responding to our messages and answering questions.

The best experience is a large whirlpool tub.

The Property was very clean and comfortable. The area was very quiet and calm. The host also was very polite and kind. Mine was the room with terrace and it is worth, believe me. Metro station very close. Near the property you can find very many places to eat and drink. Highly recommended!!!!!!

Communication was excellent leading up to the stay and whilst we were there. Room was thoughtfully appointed and clean. Comfortable bed. Asked for an iron and they brought me a steamer which was very helpful. City tax was payable in cash upon arrival. Housekeeping was delightful. Front doorknob on second floor to the rooms was difficult to lock/unlock. Had issue with elevator on first day (was recovering from a broken leg). It was supposedly fixed, but I was too scared to try it again. If you have a disability, confirm it is working before you book! Booked room with beautiful hot tub/sauna but it did not work (I spent a lot of time trying to get it to work) but they refunded us due to this which was appreciated (and the right thing to do).

Location was excellent near train station and Metro. Not far from centro, and a quite neighborhood with very good pizza and supermarket nearby. Better pillow top bed needed. Side sleepers get sore shoulders without. Better functioning shower. Shower head was pretty non-functional. Check in process with all the autolocks over the phone and holding codes to get back out until you send passport and tax to the owner was a bit complicated, stressful and harsh for older folks.

The neighbourhood is quiet and close to the underground station and bus stop. The owner was really kind and always available. The room was beautiful and spacious. The bed was comfortable. Everything was super clean. The cleaner did an excellent job with the everyday cleaning. The internet connection was a bit slow sometimes. Unfortunately, we experienced occasional noise from upstairs. Although the cleaning was very good, we did expect a change of sheets and towels after the second or third day.

A very nice and clean apartment. It's close to the metro, 3 stations from attractions like the Colosseum etc. Everyone was really nice. The apartment is well equipped. Nothing, really. I suppose we were a bit surprised by the fully remote check-in (you gotta call the owner and she walks you through it), but we were done with it quickly. :)

Great location, right 2 minutes walk from Bologna Metro station and in a quiet neighbourhood. The room was comfortable and clean, with all the facilities you may need. Aurora, the owner, was super kind! I really recommend this place and hope to be back soon. Nothing to say.
