Super friendly host - like visiting with your own grandma :). Very clean, quiet and convenient, the price is also great as Rome and around Rome us generally very expensive . The breakfast was very basic and showed had to be very short.

The owners were lovely and used Google translate to communicate. Very friendly, and the property is a family home. No air conditioning as advertised. We had a fan in the room. Many things were not as advertised on booking.com. There were no robes, pool towels, no cafe on site, 1 bottle of water between 2 of us for the whole 3 night stay. The breakfast is packets of Dutch toast, sweet croissants and cakes, coffee & a carton of juice. There was only enough hot water for 1 shower at a time. Way too far from Rome if using the bus service, Need to get 2 busses with a ten minute walk in between it took 2 hours in busy times and around 1hr 40 at night. A 15/20 minute walk on a highway to get to any shops. If you have the use of a car, it would be a more accessible property.

The owners were very friendly, and very helpful. A beautiful home, very quaint and old fashioned, but spotlessly clean and comfortable. Parking onsite too!! The accommodation was a bit off the beaten track...most definitely need a car. Plus a kettle in the room would've been perfect.

The old couple is very nice and really made me feel welcome. non-Italian speaking guests should prepare. The bed was excellent and very clean and organized. AC was delicious. Toilet and showers great. The pool was very hot and I loved it. If you arrive there by foot, be prepared to squeeze into a very dangerous narrow road with lots of angry, hurried drivers. You have to literarily walk on the road. The Wi-Fi works, but is very weak in the room.

Amazing host that made us feel relaxed and stress free. Very beautiful, secure home a quick walk from the train station. The best sleep I have had since having children. The rooms are nice and big. Little details such as soap, toothpaste and toothbrush/ water also added to the effort put in to accommodate. Leaving :(

Exactly what I was looking for, the location 10 minutes from family. The Patrons so warm, sincere, accommodating, and went beyond to make our stay comfortable. I really cannot think of anything.

The place is really funny, it is basically an enormous villa of an Italian family who are extremely kind and want to help you with anything you might ever need. It is the kind of place you would expect more from airbnb than booking but we enjoyed very much our hosts and we slept like angels
