Very conveniently located, next to the Policlinico metro station. Great facility, nice staff, very clean. The shower was lava/ice and was hard to find the right setting reliably :)

The breakfast was a wonderful way to start each day. GOOD food, lovely staff, and setting. Close to the metro so very convenient. Beds very comfortable. Daily room servicing which was more than we expected. Some information about the local community would be appreciated . Would not recommend arriving outside of hours. Small bathroom ( an observation, not a complaint).

Location was good - half an hour walk into the centre or two minute walk to the metro. Room was spacious and comfortable, well-equipped with very reasonable minibar (water, juice, snacks). Breakfast was great. No issues or negatives

I love the breakfast, the location next the station and the good cleaning of all the place. Just to consider to send instructions right after the booking, cause I got the instructions when I was in the way and thanks that someone that by concidence open the door, so I could get the message of instructions cause I connected to the free Wifi.

I had a great experience! It was right next to metro and was a great location to see Rome. If I come back, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. The hotel staff were very kind and went above and beyond to make my stay special.

Easy access and very close to Metro Stop. Very quiet and peaceful stay and Cate was a splendid host.

Great host, everything was clean, and the room was calm. The desk in the room is a bit larger than what one usually gets in hotels, so it is convenient for work. I found the pillows particularly comfortable. The bed is of good quality as well. The breakfast was very good, with a diverse choice, and served in a cosy and romantic atmosphere which sets the mood to visit the city. The central heating was already turned off during my stay (middle of February, probably a city policy), so the only heating option is from the air conditioning which is less efficient. But the thermal insulation of the room is good, so I was not cold for very long.

Our room was beautiful and very well equipped with a kettle, fridge, iron and ironing board in a separate annex, a comfortable bed, a seating area and a lovely terrace. The woman who greeted us was very friendly and we met the lovely owner, Kate, the following day at breakfast which was great. Good cornetti and coffee, bowls of fresh fruit, yoghurt, meats and cheese served in a stunning room, with balconies off both sides which would be lovely in warm weather. The property is a few minutes walk from restaurants and a supermarket and Policlinico Metro is just across the road. We were able to walk from Termini station which took around 15-20 minutes. Nothing at all to dislike.

The breakfasts were 10/10! The staff was also very very friendly and happy to assist us whenever necessary. The accommodation was also located right next to a metro and busstop which made travelling so much easier. The accommodation is also nice and clean and it was perfect for our weekly stay!

The facility is great. The room is tidy, clean, has everything you need, including a comfortable bed, mini bar, bathroom, TV. The location is excellent, four metro stations from the city center, and the metro station is 3 minutes from the property. A varied breakfast. The staff is friendly and professional. I feel bad that we just spent night here, the room was cozy and the big balcony is such an amazing addition, I can imagine that breakfast is amazing there

What an amazing experience! Everyone was super welcoming and attentive, making sure that we feel comfortable and well hosted. It is an experience you would not expect from five stars hotels, yet here you felt welcomed to the point that it was sad to check out. Amazing rooms, views from all terraces and breakfasts!

Staff was very friendly and facilities were clean. Shared bathroom was not an issue at all. Always available when needed. Close to metro and good inexpensive food. Could be loud at night due to sirens with the window open since it’s near a hospital.
