Only 5 minutes walk from termini railway station with some great restaraunts (e.g. Al Forno della Soffitta) a further 10 minutes walk from the B&B. Alessandro is a great host, helpful in ensuring you have a great stay in Rome. B&B has lift to 2nd floor, good choice of pre-packed food for breakfast along with fresh coffee. Easy to navigate to tourist areas by foot/metro/bus and enjoy the sights. Great for a couple of nights sightseeing. bathroom/shower is on the small size in the back courtyard room (OK for a short stay / nimble people).

Very small B&B with a perfect safe location close to main train station, lots of restaurants and walkable to most major sites. The room was small but clean and quiet. Breakfast was basic. Alex was very friendly and helpful..

The location was great, near main station and center. The apartment was clean, with comfortable bed and during the night was silent. Elevator is great advance! Shower enclosure was small which was not problem for me, but for my mother since she needed little more space. Breakfast is very basic (salty and sweet option) without any vegetables. If you arrive later it might be possibility not to have some ingredients.

Alex was a great host and very hospitable, always kind and helpful. Breakfast had a great variety and everything was delicious, especially the cappuccino. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the Wi-Fi worked well during our stay. The B&B has a great location, just a 5-minute walk from Roma Termini Station and close to many historic landmarks, with easy access to the city’s main attractions.We would definitely stay here again if we return to Rome. nothing

Alex is a considerate and generous host who is attentive to his guests needs. We stayed in the green room which has the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in on holiday. The location is superb with just a 5 minute walk to Rome Termini station, which has an easy direct route to the airport and train, metro and bus connections. You do get some noise from customers of the hotels in the street, but this had no impact on my sleep pattern.
