Great location. Everything was exactly as described. Good breakfast. Big room! The walls were on the thin side but they had a no noise after 10 policy. We found it comfortable.

- The fantastic location just a short walk from the Colosseum, perfect for sightseeing. - The recently renovated room is modern, comfortable, and well designed despite being on the smaller side for a family of 4. We used the room for sleeping and were out most of day. - The self-service aspect allowed us to come and go as we pleased. - The check-in process was unusual; the staff member was late, and we had to wait without much information. - After check-in, there was no further contact with BQ House staff, which felt impersonal. - The room faced a noisy street, and traffic noise was noticeable inside. - The breakfast arrangement was disappointing. Instead of an on-site breakfast room, we received vouchers for a restaurant across the road where the breakfast was terrible, and the staff seemed less than enthusiastic when we presented our vouchers. - Other renovations in the build means loud noise from 8am onwards.

Nothing You can hear the noise from the other rooms (TV, people talk), horrible breakfast

Nothing It was a big lie, looking much better on photoes. their pretend the hotel like a 4 star place, but it is one. Special make the price higher and give a big discount.Awfullest hotel I ever been, I even had a slide main door which I couldn’t close twice for 20 minutes. Very noisy in the night and morning, I even could heard the sewerage of the nearest room

Everything was great, perfect location very clean room. Nice air conditioning. Free water bottles also. The breakfast organised next to the property at the bar with coupon codes was extremely extremely poor. Not recommended. (Plus the Bar staff was not super friendly)

The location is great. Restaurants and bus stops are close by. It’s walking distance from the train station Roma Termini and to the Colosseum. They supplied us with toiletries. The building was lovely. Our room has a sliding pocket door instead of a real door and the AC seemed to work better with the door cracked open, but you can’t leave it open when you sleep. The room was noisy if anyone was coming or going. Floor is very slippery.

The bathroom was clogged, and the elevator broken.
-
Clean. It’s not a hotel. Walls are paper thin- I could hear word by word conversation of someone who is staying next door. Every pipe, every toilet flush- no matter the time of the day. Every time we go to the balcony the neighbors from downstairs were complaining that it’s their bedroom, therefore we should walk quietly.
