Francesca the landlady was extremely kind and caring. Always made sure I was safe and put in a lot of effort to ensure I was checked in easily and smoothly. The breakfast was also wonderful with lots of variety. The other guests were loud and inconsiderate.

Beautiful, clean space, and the host is very accommodating and hospitable.

The location is good, very close to the Metro. Near the building there were shops, supermarket and restaurants. There are two rooms. Sometimes we could hear when the guests of the other room were using the bathroom. We suppose that they could hear our bathroom. We recommend the B&B and that can be very comfortable for big families with children which can book both rooms.

The host was very kind and friendly. We had everything we needed, every day room cleaning and towels change etc.. Good location, no crackheads on the streets there ( like you see at Termini or nearby Termini ) so you feel safe even if you come at night, 5 min walking to the metro station Lucio Sestio and from there you can go visit all attractions without even changing the metro line. You also have a night bus there that you can take to go to termini for when you leave for airport or come from airport if you dont want to spend a lot on taxis. Also, nearby there are 2 places from where you can drink a very good cappuccino and also have some snaks. Also 2 supermarkets nearby, like 4 minute by walking.

The host was super friendly. She was very kind and willing to help with recommendations. The house was clean, breakfast was simple but fine. The train station is close and in 20 minutes we reached the city center.

Francesca is a wonderfull person inlove of art. You can speak with her fir hours about art and Rome. The breakfast is very good. You have in the fridge everything. The place is old as you can see in the pictures.

The owner, Francesca is very friendly and helpful. We can communicate with her in English. The apartment close to metro station. Good local restaurant and shops near the house.
