Nothing The room was crappy and I ask for two beds and they weren’t prepared. It’s in a rough area. Thank goodness it was for only one night. WOULD NEVER GO THERE EVER

The location itself would be fantastic, but alas the environment is not at all pleasant. The staff is friendly, the rooms are cleand daily. Over all, the building would need some serious renovation. Drugs, homeless people, all seem to find their dwelling in every corner of the street.

Staff were attentive The surrounding area. The KFC downstairs attracts considerable undesirables.

It's very near Termini. So, if you find yourself late at night with no place to stay, it works Old hostel. The toilet in the room has no ventilation. Nor does it have a proper door. The doors are very thin like they would be wardrobe doors. They look like wardrobe doors. When the toilet is flushed it makes the same sound a plane toilet makes. Very loud. Woke up my tired little girl repeatedly. We asked Booking.com for a refund for the remainder of the nights out of our Booking after staying the first night. This was on the 28th May. They said they spoke to the property and we need to wait 48 hours for a reply. It is now the 6th of June. We heard nothing. It's terrible service. Not just the hotel itself. But Booking.com. not to mention Hotel Casali is the same hotel as Ferrari. We booked that first, booking wasn't confirmed, money was taken and, to this day, not returned! Cannot believe this is happening.

Center They wrote Ferrari on booking and put us in a hotel with a different name. There were bugs in the bathroom. When you looked through the outside door, you could see inside the room. There was no kettle. There was almost nothing for breakfast. It was very poor. But the staff was good.

The room was modern and different from what some reviews had said. For a 2-star hotel, I think the price-quality ratio and location were good. There was a bit of dust on the floor and under the bed; while sleeping you could hear the reception's mobile phone and some street noises, although not as bothersome as some reviews suggest. Since I was tired from walking around, I fell asleep quickly.

Staff are great, they are on duty 24/7. I had good WIFI in a room way down at the end. I saw no hooligans loitering near the doors accosting guests. This was a common complaint on other reviews but I just didn't see it at all. The place is safe enough, lots of coppers and soldiers running around. Numerous shops and budget places to eat nearby, and of course you can walk to Termini Station in 90 seconds. The Coliseum and Palatine Park are just a 10 minute walk away, although many of the other big attractions are a longer hike. Breakfast was free for me but is just donuts. You're away from most of the road noise up on the 3rd floor, which is a big plus IMHO. The staff are great, again. very quick and helpful. If you are a woman you'll be OK here, place is safe as anywhere else. Room is tiny, bed is tiny, bathroom is tiny and especially the shower is tiny. My 5' 10" 160 pound body just did not fit in that shower well and I was constantly elbowing the door and walls. My room had ONE OUTLET, above the sink, very inconvenient for trying to recharge devices each evening. No towel hooks and a tiny shelf in that bathroom to organize your sundries. Biggest problem is, like any cheap motel, noisy neighbors and hollow walls. I wore headphones with white noise to sleep every night. But you do have the WIFI which helps save data. If there was a bad fire in the night, your only hope would be climbing out the window, there's no way you'd make it down to street level with those corridors full of smoke. And the elevator looked like something out of Fear factor. I've seen some retro-fit elevators before, but this one I wouldn't touch. Not once. Every time someone buzzes the street door, the desk clerk's phone rings one time. This might be an annoyance if you are in one of those first 5-6 rooms, even with headphones.

The location and the lift No cleaning service. The first day we thought it was because we didn’t leave the key when we went out. But the next days there was no one in the reception to leave the key with. Because of that we couldn’t even complain about it.

Safe location. Good and clean hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful.
