We wait almost 5-10 min for hot water to shower, kitchen was shared.

Very low and unstable Wifi signal.

There was no amenities provided. Not sure if they were forgotten or just not provided. Arrived in a 30C degree hot day, no soap, no shampoo for showers.

The location and the room were comfortable enough and the area is very nice. The room doesn´t have a wardrobe, so storing clothing was quite uncorfontable, more over as they don´t have a room clean system, sometimes it is quite inconvenient.

Nothing like we good or nice about this place we had to leave We had to leave this property it wasn’t safe it was dirty, the picture shown on booking.com wasn’t this place the staff wouldn’t help or come meet us, the smell off sick and cigarette smoke was bad the location was all wrong, they took our money and won’t even respond to booking.com

The place was clean and comfortable. Location was excellent with a short stroll to the train station. WIFI was great.

Location close to a metro station, restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Closeness to the Vatican. Quick check in.

The room was spacious and good and the location was close to the metro The shower drain was clogged which not allowed us to take more than 3 minutes showers or the entire toilet and room would be flooded. This part was very disappointing.

The location is great, it’s close to the metro and Vatican City. Hot water in the shower. Works like a AirB&B which gives privacy. The apartment is nicely decorated with vintage stuff like old TV’s and airplane seats. WiFi did not work at all. To open the property and get into it, you need an internet connection to download the code to enter. If you don’t have that it might be hard to get in. There was a little bit of mold in the ceiling of the bathroom, I get it’s hard to clean but an effort should be made to fix it.

Location. Easy check-in. The shower. The water was floating and we couldn't get a proper bath without making a pool in the bathroom.

I loved the location. Many stores, bars and restaurants around. Near the Metro station. Doorman or superintendent very polite and friendly. In fact all people in the area were really nice and helpful, even before asking for assistance. Rome is a beautiful city and Romans are beautiful people. The only thing I wish had been more comfortable is the stool I had to use to work on my laptop. It was fancy but not comfortable to sit for a long period. That is all.

The room was clean It’s design was nicely presented The air-con worked (hadn’t been cleaned in a while though) The shower was blocked and this resulted in the bathroom, room and a part of the corridor being flooded, this is not what made me dislike my stay, what did was the way it was handled, upon informing the host I was simply replied “yes, ok”, at 140 pounds a night, I feel it wasn’t adequate, the sloppyness of the manager is the reason why this location doesn’t have a higher rating

The location is really wonderful. You can walk to the Vatican in about 15 minutes. The neighbourhood is also lovely with some nice cafes for breakfast and espresso. The room itself was. Very nice with a comfortable bed and good shower. Could do with having an iron! That would be my only comment.
