Very close to roma termini. Spacious rooms. Friendly staff

Very close to Roma Termini. I was a little concerned about that because I had read reviews about the noise bad neighborhood. We were on the 4th floor and couldn’t hear anything. The shower was extremely difficult to figure out how to turn on. Took me and husband 10 minutes and had to go to son’s room and help them with theirs! Door knob came off in my hand from the inside. But they quickly sent someone up to fix it

Close to the Train, Bus and Metro Station to explore Rome using Public Transportation. Quiet Place to Sleep after coming back from exploring Rome. Breakfast has several selections. Although it’s limited, but adequate to start the day. Clean and newly renovated in some areas, but not all. Staffs are very accommodating though some are very reserved due to our inability to speak the Italian language? None

Convenient location near Rome Central train station. Staff showed indifference to complaints above different pricing offered online (including the manager). A/C was not working properly in 1 of the 2 rooms booked for our family, however, was not fixed and reception team told me “it must have been fixed”. Also, some power outlets and drains in bathroom were not working properly (however I didn’t complain as I decided not to extent my stay by then). Also, very poor breakfast menu. I booked another hotel the following day which was half the price and much better authentic Italian hospitality and close to main city attractions.

The staff were fantastic! The breakfast was a real surprise! Great breakfast! People hanging outside the property.
-
area outside of hotel is becoming run down.
-
Irregular temperature of water and aircondition.

THE PLACE IS IDEAL FOR THE VISITORS THAT ARE TRAVELING THE NEXT DAY BY TRAIN, JUST AROUND THE CORNER. I HAD A LOT OF SMALL TROUBLES : THE ROBINET IN THE SHOWER DID NOT WORK WELL, COULD NOT CONNECT TO WI FI WITHOUT THE STAFF'S HELP. THE STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL BUT I WENT UP AND DOWN A FEW TIMES.

The size of the room was ok, and the facility was good. Our room did not have any issues with the noise as some reviews mentioned. The breakfast was very good. When I arrived first by myself (my friend came later and she was the person who would pay) the receptionist said that our room was ready. Because of the payment issue, I could not get in the room. The person just followed the rule, but it was a bit disappointing since we were staying for 4 nights. The room did not have enough hangers and closet drawers for 2 people.

I liked the location because it is short walk to the train station. But the area is not pretty and there were very strange people around. But the hotel inside was very clean and comfortable. And the breakfast was so good The area around the hotel.

Great location, great value for money, super friendly staff and we loved the breakfast. Close to the train and metro station. Comfortable, clean room. Will stay here again at our next visit to Rome.
-
Location, very clean, modern facilities and a sufficient breakfast. Very deep tub instead of walk-in shower. It's quite precarious for a short guy.
-
Staff members were nice and helpful (despite the issues in our stay). Our whole stay was awful. We asked for separate beds and there was only one when we arrived. Breakfast is awful (not good quality) NO HOT WATER for two days. I would never go back to that sh*thole

Well-located. Hard to figure out the knobs in the bathtub.
-
Staff in the front office.
-
Only the location Mattress and pillows were not soft. It seems that they have been used for more than 10 years No hot water neither at night nor at evening to take a shower in March. Also, there is a lot of noise from the street.
-
Close to Termini. Very comfortable, with lots of nice touches, sound-proofed windows.
-
The area is not pleasant to walk around after dark. A lot of shouting at night. Very uncomfortable taps in shower and you can't play with the temperature. Deal with whatever comes out...

We enjoyed the Gioberti Art Hotel for many reasons: 1 Location: a couple of minute walk from Termini station, it was very convenient as we had many day trips requiring access to the train. We also appreciate the fact that so many restaurants, shops, and convenience stores are within walking distance 2 Comfort: the room was quite spacious, everything was working. And it was diligently cleaned by the staff 3 Breakfast: very good selection of food items, hot, cold, fruits, etc... The coffee was excellent! the hotel has only one lift, so in high-traffic time periods, the wait can be a bit long. Not a big issue however, and I'm not sure if anything can be changed in older buildings...
