I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would happily recommend it. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The location was convenient, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable. Everything was handled professionally from check-in to check-out, making the whole stay feel effortless. I would definitely stay here again! None

The staff at the reception /check-in. Location was reasonable but not great. The room structure and decor, the quality of house keeping. The fact that they had paper cups for coffee and tea in the room. We had stayed in this hotel in 2019 at which time the hotel and service was much much better. It seems that the new ownership as Millenium group has affected the quality of the hotel overall. I would not rate this hotel more than 4 stars.

I booked this hotel for my spouse and mother-in-law after her passport was stolen. The front desk staff provided excellent customer service, and the hotel offers a private pool that can be reserved for an hour, which was a nice option for privacy and relaxation. One of the biggest advantages was its location directly across from the embassy. Since they needed to visit the embassy to replace the stolen passport, staying there made the process much easier and less stressful.

Room size was decent and location was good. The room had paper cups for coffee and tea, unacceptable for a five-star hotel. The chair in the room was extremely uncomfortable to sit on. The electric kettle was placed where it had no socket to plug and had to be moved to the side table to heat up. The room cleaning was unacceptable. Maid did not replace cups or glasses. Breakfast room service was served on a tray with no place to keep in the room to eat and no salt or pepper served with eggs. We stayed in this hotel in 2019 and were very impressed so booked this time four rooms for the family but dissapointed.
