We keep staying here every time we come to Rome and it’s very well situated, & clean, the staff is amazing and very helpful. Highly recommended

Spacious - nice

The location is excellent yes very quiet which is amazing. The staff were very welcoming and nice. The apartment is clean and well maintained. The Aircon was very noisy and we couldn’t fall asleep with the noise yet it was too hot without it, so we hardly slept during the night. There were small things missing in the apartment- kitchen towel, water bottles and extra blanket.

The location is absolutely perfect right on the shopping street, the room is nicely spaced so is the bathroom. The checkin experience and accessing the building is very smooth and secured. We were a bit unlucky with our room location as it was on the roof with a skylight but no windows and walls are quite thin it was really really loud overnight in the street because it was a saturday night and then so many bird sounds on the roof super early in the morning. Also the elevator takes you only to the 4th floor and our room was on the 5th so luggage were a bit of a hassle.

Great price for location.. close to everything..restaurants..shops ..Spanish steps and trevi fountain was walking distance. Family friendly and very nice staff would definitely stay here again.

Can’t beat the location! The plumbing seemed to have a smell to it.

Everything was great. The only downside was the small elevator. We couldn’t fit our whole party in it and when we had luggage, we needed to make several trips. This may be an American luxury, so I could be missing something but a microwave would have been nice. If we could have had a microwave that would have made it a perfect room but maybe that is an American luxury so I am not using that to rate the stay.

Mini fridge and kettle in room where convenient. Great location, very central. Double occupancy bath tub and shower where just what we needed after a long flight!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Grand Master Suites. The suite is listed as having three beds, but the sofa bed in the main room was very hard, uneven, and unfortunately not usable. We ended up sharing the main sofa bed, which wasn’t ideal. We really appreciated having two bathrooms, though they could be cleaner. The staff was generally responsive and helped address some of our needs, though the WhatsApp responses were a bit slow at times. Despite a few issues, we had a pleasant stay. Location was great! Sofa bed in main room was not usable.

Arriving was simply a hassle. We had to wait 45 minutes until someone came, and nobody informed us before. The floor was dirty and dusty, as was the shower. Furthermore, there were two shampoo containers, and both were empty.

Great position . Near everything . Staff was Fantastice . Exception . Clean best position . And much more . We will be booking there again ?❤️

Friendly staff Size of the room quite small, elevator not going all the way up.

Very small space. Also, they told us to come walking with our bags, which was over a kilometer and with long flights of stairs. We could have dropped the bags instead and then park the car.

Allesandra was above and beyond with helping us check in through messaging. The location was awesome- a quick walk to the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain. The rooms were GORGEOUS!! Most had wood ceiling beams, decorated simply, with a clean, comfy, old-world charm room. There were modern elements- awesome bathroom facilities. We only stayed for one night, before our flight out, I wish we stayed here when we arrived. All 11 of my family, with a variety of ages, loved this stay the best out of our 2 weeks exploring Italy. I wish it was a real hotel with 24 hour staff. I felt bad that Allesandra had to stay late to help me check in because it wasn't working on the app. She was a life-saver!!

The beds were comfortable There was a horrible sewage smell coming from the bathroom. Our room was located on the 4th floor. Upon exiting the elevator we had to walk up another flight of stairs. We asked the front desk to bring our luggage down at 6:30am because we had to catch a flight. I was informed that they can only provide that service 9am-6pm. This hotel wasn’t cheap. They should be able to coordinate and accommodate guests departure time. Had we been near an elevator it wouldn’t have been an issue. Under no circumstances would they accommodate our request. We were 3 women and we had to bring down our luggage down a flight of stairs where one side of the stairs had no railing or wall. I tripped and hit my head bringing one of our bags down. Once we were at the airport I received a message from the front desk at 9:23am that they can now bring our bags down. WHAT????? We weren’t able to sleep because of the smell coming from the bathroom. There were 2 sinks. One sink the water wouldn’t go down all night. We turned on the air conditioner and that smelled too. Overall very very disappointing. Plan on coming back to Rome but never staying in this hotel again.

Alessandra was great, great communication and she had a taxi waiting for us at the airport. Shower was wonderful, beds were great. Location was good for shopping and eating.. No elevator for the last floor.
