I liked that it was near a laundromat and some food places that are open later than average. The front office was 24 hours which was very nice in case we stepped in late. The staff was very kind. The property was also very close to a bus station. I really didn’t like the shower. It was so cramped and the ceilings had damage like holes and water damage. The beds were paper thin and it felt closer to sleeping on a cot. Strangely there was only ever a flat sheet on the beds, never any comforters and the pillows were very flat. The MOST inconvenient thing was that we booked this place specifically for the AC it had, we knew how hot and humid Rome can be in the summer so we wanted to come back to a cooler room. However, if you leave the room and take out the room key from the light switch the whole power shuts off in the room automatically. Meaning no AC, no charging while you’re out, no fridge with cold drinks. The room was always warm when we came back and there was no solution since you are only allowed 1 key card for your stay.

Very nice hotel and amazing staff, reception, restaurant and cleaning staff were all wonderful kind and helpful.

the room was clean, it had an air conditioner and a small fridge. we booked for 3 days but we only got 2 small bottles of the shower gel, however when i asked the staff for more, they gave me even more than needed. our flight was in the night, so we arrived at the hotel around 3 a.m. but we didn't have to pay more for a late check-in like in some places to stay. we only got something like bed sheet to cover, but on the first night it was very cold even under the "quilt". also towels, although you could smell they're fresh and clean, but at least on one of them i saw some dark and yellow stains. when we were taking shower i think either the water was leaking outside the shower or it was somehow going out through the door because after taking shower it was always a lot of water outside the shower on one site, but it couldve just been our problem. the last thing is inside of the room had no information about the price of the beverages in the fridge. although it wasn't expensive, but it would be nice to know how much i will pay. in my previous place they were free, so i forgot to ask myself.

Good price and convenience location where it is a couple of minutes to bus station Another positive aspect is that check-in is available 24 hours, which was convenient on arrival. The property is rated as a 3-star, but the overall experience feels more basic compared to typical hotel standards. The room is quite small, more similar to a compact or mobile-style accommodation, but it is very clean. The main downside is the bathroom size. The shower is extremely small — it is difficult to turn around while showering, and even washing hair requires stopping the water due to the limited space. Regarding housekeeping, there was no cleaning on the first day. After I asked, I was informed that cleaning is normally done every three days. However, after further communication, they did provide daily cleaning and towel replacement for the rest of my stay, which was appreciated. Overall, the room is small and basic, but very clean and offered at a very affordable price, so it could still be a reasonable option for budget travelers.

Room is a bit dated...

Room is relatively big, 4 people can fit very comfortably. Area is not to crowdy and has some green areas, restaurants and coffee bars. Hotel staff is very kind and helpful! Breakfast is very poor, bad value for money. I don't recommend it! Low quality, cheapeat ingredients, no selection. The lady at the breakfast does not speak English. Window was hard to open (1 out of 2 has been managed to be operational.) Shower cabin is too small, but not a big deal.

The sheets weren't very clean had weird spots in them, we had a problem with the heating system when asked the staff said "it was fixed" but it wasn't

Location and friendly staff, surprisingly large and fluffy towels. You were required to leave your passkey at the front desk anytime you left the property. I prefer to know my things are secure. Probably the hardest bed I have paid for. Innerspring with little padding… but supportive and clean. Tiny shower.

The place was very clean, the receptionists were always kind and willing to provide recommendations of restaurants nearby. The bed was comfortable and there's no noise overnight. The staff were very polite even though they didn't speak English nor Spanish (just Italian) but were always very attentive. it's easy to get public transportation

Location. Smell.

The staff was amazing! They were very welcoming and kept our room clean and tidy. It was far from inner city Rome and taxis there and back were sometimes expensive.
-
Good customer service at receptionist Shower entrance very very tight. STRONGLY not suggesting for pregnant and person over 170 lbs

The location is absolutely unbearable. It spoils everything. We don't think we'll stay here next time.
-
The staff and the cleannes, excep the dosh area was small, all other things are top and value for the money

Everything clean, good breakfast and excellent service, the receptionist is very nice. Super! It’s very far from the city center and the transport is not good!
-
It was clean and it had easy access to the bus, it’s right across the street. It’s a very local area so it is very calm. There’s also a mall right next to it and places to eat around it as well

I loved that people at the reception were extremely nice!. The rooms had air conditioning which was amazing cause Rome was boiling. Taking the bus from Tiburtina station is super easy, so we had no problems to go to the turistic center in Rome I didn’t like their breakfast. The eggs were very cold, and they didn’t have many options

I had a bad experience in this hotel, they gave me room number 120, and i found a small fan because the air-condition is not cooling the room , the room was super hot as i complained couple times, to the front desk and they did nothing, if anyone will book this hotel, don’t accept room # 120
