Easy to reach, helpful reception. Close to the road easy to access from the airport. The bathroom door was not functioning. It prevented achieving privacy.

We stayed at this hotel for four days and was disappointed with the cleanliness. The room was not cleaned during my stay. The air conditioning was not working properly and despite being on all the time, it was cold in the room. My kids had to sleep with hats and warm clothes. Breakfast was included but it was very basic - only a cup of coffee, one croissant, jam and biscuits.

Flexibility on time of arrival. CLEANNING PERSONNEL STOLE MY PRIVATE EXPENSIVE CREAM FROM THE JAR, LEAVING IT EMPTY IN THE TOILET!!!

Restaurant good food, nicely decorated. Poor, very minimal breakfast. Dry croissant, coffee, juice. Parking very tight.on VERY busy street. Hard to get in and out onto highway. Rome traffic is fast and furious. Intermittent WiFi
