The lady who greeted us was so sweet! She was nice enough to hold my backpack for me while we went off to meet with family who were already in town. The toilet needs to be tightened.

Ottima posizione. Casa elegante in un bel contesto. Pulizia e servizio molto buono. Cucina condivisa. Camera un po* piccola

The staff was very polite and helpful, and the property had all the amenities needed. The location was good as well. The bathroom was right next to the bedroom, but you had to go to the main hall to get to it and had to keep locking and unlocking it with the same key. The ad said the bathroom was next to the bedroom, but it didn't say you had to go out to the communal hall to use it. Also, the bigger problem was that the side of the bed near the door smelled similar to urine, and I felt uncomfortable the whole time.

10 minute walk from Ottaviano station, very good value for money if you prefer to spend your money on everything but the accommodation. The room was a generous size, the private bathroom was clean, and the location was quiet. The accommodation was very transparent about the 1500hrs check in, but allowed us to store our bags (if you land early, plan your day accordingly - store your bags and explore!). Staff offered fresh linen and room service daily. Also lots of easy food options nearby! Nothing, it was very good value for money for a clean, basic and very easy room in Rome.

no comment I wanted to share my honest experience with this stay. Unfortunately, several issues made it quite difficult. The listing did not mention that the kitchen was not private or that it was non-functional, there was no gas, no microwave, and nothing could be used for cooking. The shower head was broken, causing water to spray everywhere, and there was a constant smell of sewage coming from the bathroom. Communication with the host was very slow, and although they said a replacement kettle would be provided after I reported that the one supplied was dirty with residue inside, this never happened. I became quite unwell during the stay and needed medical attention and go see doctor for gut issues from the kettle, which made the lack of basic facilities even more challenging. I requested a partial refund as I couldn’t use the kitchen at all, but this was never addressed. I believe clearer communication in the listing and more responsive management would prevent future guests from facing similar issues.

The location was great and very good communication with staff A bit worn down. It says bed and breakfast but do not serve breakfast. We got lighter electric shocks when touching the shower handle

Good location. There wasn't wifi, which was very important for travelers like us!
