It's clean and near to metro station triburtina and bologna

The location is very close to the Bologna metro which gives access to the center and there are bus lines nearby. The space is very clean and the staff even cleans the floor every day.

The B&B is located in a quiet location which is around 10 minutes walk from the metro and Tiburtina train station. We arrived at an early morning flight in Rome and we reached the hotel around 10. The room was being cleaned and it took an hour for it to ready. The stay was comfortable and and they also gave a voucher for breakfast from the nearby cafeteria (Croissant and coffee). We would recommend this place as it was value for money. There was some sound of fireworks in the night, which slightly disturbed our sleep.

Location. Good size room. With the room of 3 beds we called when we booked to advise we only needed 2 beds. They removed the extra bed when we arrived as they thought we were 5 people not 4, even though we called to advise only 4 were coming. Booking.com was blamed for the error and we were advised by the manager that she couldn’t do anything.

As we were arriving later in the evening the locked box at the gate was an excellent idea. Staff were very friendly and helpful in organizing cabs etc. The breakfast vouchers are a very good idea. Nothing really. We were very happy with the location and accommodation.

The property is a few minutes walk from the bologna metro station and a couple blocks from a supermarket. The host was very accommodating with check in. Offered 2 options for checking in after hours. I chose the option to get the key code and check in the next day. This worked pretty well. The host was also available for questions and recommendations anytime. Also received vouchers for free coffee and pastry at a cafe around the corner. Not really close to the major sites so need to take a few transfers (bus to bus/bus to metro).

We really enjoyed the stay at this hotel. It's placed in a nice area, both train and metro station is close, supermarket just a few minutes of walk. It was also quiet at nights there. The room was nice and clean, the staff very kind and helpful. Breakfasts are served in a cafe place round the corner, so you can feel like a local, have a taste of the great Italian coffee and delicious fresh croissants.

Reception absolutely need to improve as when guests arrive no any response until mostly to cancel it . That means you have to arriving on time , otherwise you may need to wait 4-5hours to contact them .

Internet was not working well, so we couldn't use it at all. the room was cold, even with the air conditioner. Also the heater in the bathroom was not working.

The room was spacious and clean, the people at the checkin were nice and friendly. We were given breakfast coupons to have breakfast at a nearby cafe which was pretty good. Nothing really.

Was clean Location Smelt noisy people next door Hard to get a taxi back to station
