Le Piazze di Roma B&B

Super close to Cipro station and a new supermarket just opened up right next to this, we visited that supermarket a ton and loved it. The owner was super helpful and attentive to any questions we had, and we felt so welcomed and at home here! There is a public space that guests can use with a small kitchen, plates and utensils, microwave, kettle, and dining table. Room and bed are very comfortable and super convenient for hopping over to the Vatican or grab the metro for sightseeing! Walls are a little thin. If you are super sensitive to sound, bring ear plugs.

Location, friendly and accommodating host Shower door needs repair; shower cubicle is very small/ crammed. The actual room was different from the photo advertised in booking.com.

Very comfortable guest apartment, located within walking distance from the Vatican and close to the metro station. Vincenzo is a great host, solves problems quickly + helps to plan a walking route around Rome.

The location is great anyway, close to cafes, shops, metro, Vatican Museum and city center. Vincenzo to my mind did his best to be our (and other quests) personal guide to Rome. It’s like the friend you know how tells you where to go, when to go, where to eat, to shop, to stop and what to visit first and last. He made our trip really effective, pleasant and enhanced with top sightseeing spots and local food places. For that reason – I would advice the place and the host. As that combined will make your trip unforgettable. It's my first time at B&B and I have nothing to compare with...

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Rome! The host was exceptionally hospitable and warm, always ready to assist us and provide recommendations for the best places to visit in the city. It made our trip even more enjoyable. The apartment was spotless and well-maintained, making it a comfortable space to relax after a day of exploring. The location was excellent, conveniently close to the metro, which made getting around the city very easy. The host also provided breakfast which was such a thoughtful touch and a great way to start the day. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Rome and looking for a welcoming and convenient stay!

A very convenient B&B to the Metro, restaurants, and easy to get to from the airport. The owner was very welcoming and informative and even provided a map for the Metro to access all the usual tourist attractions. The rooms were well equipped with the usual necessities and were bright, clean, and quiet from street noises. An elevator is available to the B&B. A Gem.

the place is next to the metro station and you can reach any area from the city. the room was nice and the owner is realy helpful. I will come back.

+ the location (close to the metro station and not far from the Vatican and centre) + super kind host who is always eager to help; Vincenzo is amazing - he gave us lots of good tips + clean room and clean bathroom + AC - as the room is a part of the apartment, where there are more rooms and common space (kitchen) in the corridor, especially during the morning it can be louder (for those who has more sensitive hearing)

The service was absolutely excellent, we've gained so much useful info from personnel about things to look at, restaurants worth checking and other useful tips for foreigners. Personnel even offered sending our postcards by themselves! Breakfasts are typically Italian - bakeries, yoghurts, honey and so on. It's not perfect for everybody, but I enjoyed it a lot. Rooms were tidy and cleaned up everyday with towels change included. The place is really close to the Vatican City, so one can walk by foot there. Additionally there's a metro station and few bus stops nearby. Shower was a bit small.

Everything. Vincenzo was very friendly and helpful. Made us feel very at home. Place was perfect for our needs - spacious, great facilities, lovely breakfast etc. Highly recommend. Nothing.
