- Its very clean - The airconditioning didnt work and was quickly fixed. - Its too far from the citycenter. Most of the time you have to travel more than 40 minutes by public transport. - The window cover wouldnt stay up. so the room was always dark - the breakfast was minimal. Nothing fresh and everything packaged in plastic. There were also not enough plates to eat from. - The first aid kit didnt have any usefull things in it. - There wansnt the possibillity to make tea. - The door has a latch. If somebody closes it you are not getting in (that happend to me). - After checkout you have to leave the keys on the inside of you door. The problem is that you cant open the outside gate. I found out that there is a button in the hallway wich you have to press. I Think that its inportant to tell people that.

Cozy, nice place. A bit far away from the city center.

Clean and comfortable room The bed creaked but it was not so disturbing The kitchen is shared and the people living next to us were very noisy

Within walking distance of Cinecitta studio where we attended a festival. Easy to get to the centre of Rome on the Metro. I went to use the hairdryer which was not giving out any heat. It suddenly burst into flames and burnt hair on the back of my head. This was frightening. Electrical appliances should be checked regularly for guests and this one clearly had not been checked recently. Lucky that the damage was minimal.

Nice building, cute and tidy apartment, friendly and flexible owners. They clean the place everyday and provide you with breakfast options. They allow late check-ins which is super cool. Definitely worth the price. As a female solo traveler I did not feel a hundred percent comfortable walking around the area especially at night. Nothing life threatening but be ready for a lot of catcallers. Also it takes a while to get into the center in later hours of the day.

I really enjoyed the host and the apartment itself. Even though apartment is not in the centre, it is very convenient to get to apartment by public transport. There was no kettle to boil water, but it was not critical.

Host does not speak a lot of English but she did a great job of explaining all the neccessities during check in. We were able to self checkout. There is a shared kitchen with a fridge and an oven. Beds are comfortable. Host responds relatively fast to messages. Upon check in our air conditioning remote stopped working and luckily the host was still there and said someone would come and fix it later. Soon after the electricity cut off in the entire property. We contacted the host and received information that there are road works in the area meaning electricity would be unstable during the day. We were only staying for one night before a long travel day and to not be able to charge devices, take a shower with warm water, or cool off the room with AC due to no electricity was awful. Do not think it is okay to rent a 87 euro per night room if you know there are works which will cut off some of the most important facilities the room provides. The host said the electricity should come back soon, and as we could not do anything in the room we left to the centre and when we came back late at night luckily it was back. Due to this electricity issue we did not get as good of a rest as we hoped for, and instead, left stressed

Everything was superb, the room is very clean and spacious, the shower is big, no problems with hot water. The bnb is situated in a quiet area of Rome, about 10 minutes walking distance from the metro station Subaugusta and it takes about 15-20 minutes to get to the center of the city. The owners, Mariapia and Marco are veeeery nice, friendly, and helpful :) I loved my staying in LunaBlu Cinecitta and I could definitely recommend it. -

clean room and friendly flexible staff The room is next to the dining area so a bit noisy morning time (7-10am) but apart from that it is great.

Location is great. Many shops, bars and places to eat nearby. Underground is 10min walk. The place itself is very quiet . Your room gets cleaned everyday. The owner accomodated my request to anticipate the check in time. Very polite. All rooms have a private bathroom, but mine was the one that had the boiler in. In Italy the boiler it is used for hot water too, so whenever anyone in the house decided to use hot water, it would go on. And it is not quiet. The place provides breakfast... But there was nothing for people with different dieteray requirements... Like a little brick of non-dairy milk for example. I am sure they would provide it if requested, but taking care of those details would bring them from a 9 to a 10.
