Very comfortable! Good location.

Great room very spacious and comfortable. Air conditioning was really good and quiet. Location is superb and the staff is really friendly and helpful There is no staff at night but it was not a huge deal.

Location is great, central & close to most places The suite was really spacious and had a great walk in closet and a very spacious bathroom. Overall the room was very nice & i already decided that i will be booking it every time I am in rome because of how comfortable I was in it! We also loved that the breakfast is served in the bedroom very convenient with our toddler with us! Only a few things i would suggest, which did not affect my willingness to stay here again but would make it even that much better 1.more variety in breakfast and bigger portions especially when there is not just one adult but two and a toddler 2. The suite’s main door had an opening at the bottom with which bothered me during sleep as the light would come into the room from the hotel’s hallways 3. The janitor supplies room + the breakfast preparation areas was next to our room and we would hear the noises from early morning which interrupted our sleep

break fast was only availble in the room . that was not nice at all you should have said that you offer brealfast in room only

No a/c , refrigerator was HOT… the beds were unbearable.. also the dead plants on the balcony was extremely disappointing as we could clearly see beautiful plants around other balconies and property… Ditto

The bed was horrible uncomfortable Not really a breakfast, they’d bring to the room since they don’t have dining room, very poor.

The location was great and the hostesses were amazing welcoming and so sweet … I felt like home ???

The location and decor was nice. Comfortable with a great view right over the street action. Updated bath, and morning room service. Not a lot of staff.

Only location Very poor Breakfast. No space and no ability to eat the breakfast in room. No space to open luggage in room. There were narrow stairs at the entrance of the room. Stairs to go to bed.

The room was big and clean. The property is listed as hotel but it’s a bed and breakfast. The elevator can only take 3 people at the time and there is no stairs access. In overall was a nice place to stay. The breakfast is simple, but served right to your room. No lobby and your room is right next to the elevator. The elevator is pretty small and slow. The property is listed as the hotel but it is more a bed-and-breakfast.

Fantastic location in a good central location. Kudos to the staff, who were both friendly and helpful. The room was large and comfortable, with two big windows onto the street below providing good light but no noise. Finishes and furnishings were new, fresh and attractive. Our only complaint was the lack of hot shower water both days we stayed here. This is a basic need for any hotel, and seems like it would be a simple but critical fix.

Excellent central spot ideal for sightseeing by foot. Included breakfast, Wi‑Fi, A/C, minibar, etc.

There were no clear instructions for the AC. We couldn't get it to work properly
