Clean. Good a/c. Fine if you need a room in this part of the city The water in the shower oscillated from boiling to freezing uncontrollably

The only issue" I had, was that I expected a bigger room. I can't think of at the moment, why I might have had that expectation, and the room turned out to be smaller.

In the neighborhood I was visiting. It is not far from Roma Termini and right on the metro.

Very clean, convinient and practical! The stuff is very nice and polite and as for the breakfast, there is something for everyone!

Everything was as I expected. I would like to have a section for gluten-free bread, for example. Location was good; I chose this hotel for its location.

The staff , especially the manager was incredible. He took extra time to help us navigate the train system during a nationwide employee train strike so we could make it to our next location, thank you! Nothing

Great location within 5 min walk of metro. Staff was helpful and friendly. Would recommend for work stay with ironing facilities and some areas to sit with team for chilling/discussion. NIL

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is close to the center and has good access to the metro and busses all while being quieter and calmer than more central locations.

Great hotel, with friendly staff who welcomed us warmly and gave us advice on navigating Rome during the Pope's funeral. Our room wasn't large but it was comfy, clean, nice toiletries, a window that opened. The location was GREAT - we wanted to be in a real Roman neighbourhood, away from any tourist sites, and this hotel delivered! Lovely cafes and bars nearby, a great food market, beautiful apartment buildings. A small annoyance-- only paper cups provided in the room! No proper cups for making tea from the room's kettle or glasses to drink the bottle water provided for free.

Bathroom

The location is excellent, close to all the attractions (a few minutes away by metro), but away from all the crazyness of downtown. The hotel itself is cozy. We enjoyed a quiet room which, although not big, was spacious enough. Everything was very clean and in good condition. The mattress is on the firm side (and very comfortable), just as per my personal preference. The staff do a great job, our thanks to everyone for a lovely stay. Nothing
