the property had a few things to offer the receptionist was rude when i asked for water, which given it’s hard for them to understand english.

Room is slightly small but good overall.

WE HAD AN OVERNIGHT STAY. THE PLACE WAS CLEAN AND STAFF WAS HELPFUL AND NICE. THE SHOWER WAS NOT GREAT

People's noise you could hear them in hallways. Like the rooms aren't so sound proof but anything else is great.

We booked it last minute at very late hours, they accepted us and overall it exceeded its rating on booking. It is a bit off for the sightseeing but there's a bus station nearby so it's not a big deal.

Staff were so friendly and helpful from our arrival until even after we left. We booked last minute as our original hotel was very poor and we had to check out. We arrived late evening at Oasi San Francesco. Reception and kitchen staff were accommodating in keeping the kitchen open so we could have dinner. Friendliness and helpfulness continued throughout our 3 night stay even with our very limited Italian. Even after we checked out, a misplaced passport was brought out to the airport by Giovanni on reception duty as no taxi was immediately available. Rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was at additional charge but sufficient for our needs. Nothing. The hotel itself more than met our needs on very short notice and the staff were all excellent.

Special thanks to two gentlemen at the reception. They were very helpful when asking for information. much noise early in the morning 0630.

Clean, shower head had good pressure. Very remote location, hotel is old and worn, beds are tiny, breakfast not included even it was expensive.

One of the guys who worked there was very rude. Don't recommend it as a hotel

The staff at the front desk were nice, and it had free parking out the front. Hotel looked nice from the outside/in the foyer, but as soon as you past that: Beds were very uncomfortable Shower was almost unusable - the spray went in every other direction and the temperature was luke warm at best. Toilet extremely noisey, could hear other people using their toilets and of course then flushing through the walls. Didn’t feel like you could walk around in bare feet, and the only accommodation I’ve stayed in where I felt like I had to triple check that we had locked the door. The door also looked as it is had previously been kicked in. Location wise, 60min walk to closest bus or train station, no shuttle options from the hotel.

It’s residential area No internet

Location is very close to bus stop. The room is huge and clean. They sell any type of drinks and snacks, and we can enjoy it even until night. My room is very close with the corridor door which every guest who wants to go to their room, will go through this door. It is very noisy in the morning around 7 AM because the guests always go in and out through this door. It would be better if the corridor door keeps opening without closing, in order to avoid disturb other guests. Thank you.

The people at the reception desk were nice. The room was well-appointed.
