The people, it was the first place we stayed in our Italian adventure and this was a great start Very comfortable rooms although very hard bed. The location was supreme I would definitely stay here again. The nearby restaurants were excellent Bed was hard but every bed in every place we stayed in 5 different cities had beds that are hard i think its an Italian thing so no biggie I will definitely stay here again

The brand has two locations - guest house and hotel. Be aware : The guest house is located in a small valley right cross the street from the hotel but it’s a trash dumping spot… Daniele is very friendly and he could help with everything. I stayed in the hotel one and my room seems like newly painted so the smell of the wall paint was outrageous but meanwhile it’s still cold to keep the windows open all the time so this was a bit worrisome for my health, but other than this cleaning was pretty perfect and staff were nice and location is impeccable!

The cleanliness of the room, the kindness of the stuff, the location There is not enough pressure for the water in the bathroom and it is hard to get hot water. So showering there is not ideal.

The entery to the building is a bit narrow, it's a problem for large people

WiFi not fully working

Daniele was a gracious host on our first arrival to Europe. He made us feel welcome and warm and showed us everything we needed to know. The location was perfectly equidistant to everything we needed. We’d stay here again.

We loved the location, right off of Campo de Fiori and near Piazza Navona. We loved the market there. We had a great dinner at Osteria da Fortunata, which was right outside the guest house. The location was central to all the sites we wanted to see in Rome. Noise from people walking on the floor above us was loud.

Ideal location: nearby dining, shopping and bus stops; walkable to the Pantheon, Colosseum and Vatican. Clean, spacious room. Friendly, helpful staff. Steep stairs to the guesthouse rooms. Wifi signal was weak. Smallish bathroom.

Excellent Location An elevator would be nice, we had heavy bags.

Location, location, location! Super close to nightlife and attractions. We were in the guesthouse, across the street from the main hotel. The room was nicer than the pictures suggest. Daniel, at reception, was great! Our windows were closed as it was December, but it was still a bit noisy on weekend nights. Ironically, this was a function of the proximity of the hotel to lots of nightlife.

The place was very nice and clean, great location, exactly like the pictures.

The toilet was placed so that you couldn't sit straight on it. The shower was in the way. You must sit kind of sideways...unless you have short legs. In our particular room there was a step down into the room from the entryway and a step up into the bathroom. As with many hotels in the city there were several steps up from street level to the rooms.
