Very dark and small

It’s modern Walls are paper thin, sounds like there building a railroad on the 6th floor. Can hear everything from the room next door.

Clean and location The owner could not speak English, very hard to get the door. The air conditioner not working well. When we were talking shower, no water (no hot water no cold water). We booked 2 bedrooms for 5 beds , they just gave us one bedroom for king size bed and one little bed (80 cm) , another room is double bed and sofa bed, but charge 5 beds 2 bedrooms price.

The elevator of the building is a bit old

The location was great. Clear instruction was given to access the apartment. Rooms were clean, big enough to accommodate 3 guests. It was not a hotel. So I would expect a washing machine and iron (along with iron board), this was missing. The air-conditioning was not adequate.

Our room was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was amazing right in the heart of Rome, making it very convenient to get around. We communicated with the host through WhatsApp, and she was always very responsive and helpful. The cleaning lady was also very nice. The beds were comfortable, and the elevator was surprisingly spacious compared to many other places in Europe. Check-in was smooth and easy, with very clear instructions provided in advance. Overall, we had a great stay! I found the water pressure in the shower a bit weak, which made it slightly less comfortable.

One of the best places I have ever stayed at ! The location is absolutely in the center of everything and you can walk maximum 20 minutes to every one of the beautiful monuments ! The cleaning lady is one of the most kind persons I have ever met and she did whatever I may asked for even when my nose bled and she had to switch my bed sheets she smiled at me and the evening I had new bedsheets ! I loved every minute I stayed there and I highly suggest it to whoever goes to Rome ! Everything was excellent !

Location is just 300 mts from Spanish steps Nice location for shopping lovers Receptionist/staff is very helpful and responsive. The internet is worst, which is atmost 5 Mbps during my stay.

Only the location. 1. Very very very small, barely enough room to open our suite-cases. 2. Impossible to fall a sleep before 1 am, after long and busy days, due to the SUPER strong noise from the restoraunt below the room - FIX the windows! Its crazy! 3. ⁠Aircondition: is loacated 50 cm from the bed and from the person head, makes a noisy sound that makes it un-usable, and non-relevant! We had to suffer from the heat at night and sleep without it. For sure i wouldnt market this tiny room with bad conditions as a "luxury suite" - that ridecules, and hope that people won't pay hunderds of euros per night for it like i did.

I really liked the location and the cleanliness of the room, and the hostess was always available. My room was cleaned every day.I will definitely be returning and staying at this location if they are not already booked.

An upscale hotel room. Good for a family of five. Close to Spanish steps, and core of Rome. Uber can’t access directly so a short walk with all of our luggage. Shower was really a nice feature but needed shower bench to be replaced.

Excellent location, quiet and comfortable room with great airco. I slept like a baby. It is not a hotel, so no in person exchanges with staff, but it worked fine to communicate over Whatsapp.
