The location was amazing, and the staff were incredibly helpful.

It was clean spacious and it felt very country like in the busy Rome Great staff and incredible location

Everyone was friendly and made our stay enjoyable. It was in a perfect location and was perfect for our needs There were no issues, we just needed to make sure we read the instructions they gave us for getting to our room.

The bathroom could have been cleaner - there was mold in the shower that grossed me out. Also, since it’s the type of rental where there is no ongoing front desk or assistance, it would be nice if they replaced the waters in the room, even for a charge, daily so that guests have access to clean drinking water. I also think there should be some hooks to hang towels.

Hotel staff and location The room was uncomfortable, the bed linen was dirty, there were no slippers in the room, the soundproofing was terrible, the noise of the cars did not allow me to sleep peacefully

Nice spacious room, located very centrally with good metro connection. Larisa did a great job welcoming us and was very responsive. This was our first time in Rome so we aren't sure of the overall quality, but we were personally disappointed and did not think it was good value for money. For the price paid, the room is in need of refurbishment (bed was squeeky, noisy AC, shower box, bathroom generally). The price is similar to nearby 4 start hotels or airbnbs, without offering advantages of either (e.g. no breakfast or kitchen space). The location is however excellent and staff was incredibly welcoming, so we overall enjoyed our stay.

Exceptional

Location is great, spacious apartment. We stayed there 8 years ago, same room. Now needs a paint, polish the floor and fix the curtains (not easy to open and close) …. We still enjoyed the stay, yet it is time for mini renovation

The room I stayed in was exceptionally spacious and comfortable. The building's location is also excellent. The receptionist Larisa was incredibly attentive, providing us with excellent restaurant recommendations nearby and welcoming us with thoughtful treats in the room. Although the building lacks a doorman outside of business hours, which can make check-in a bit challenging, our communication with Larisa by phone was very efficient, and we encountered no issues. Highly recommended! nothing

A great room in a great location. The room was spacious for a city centre location. The welcome Prosecco and water was a lovely touch. Communication with QT suites was extremely efficient and the host was exceptionally helpful with helping our needs. The shower was a little leaky and very sensitive which meant the water was very hot and difficult to change.

Location is really good, Barbara made everything run smoothly and super helpful about all of the recommendations. No matter the time she was always there to help, thank you! Nothing

QT Suites Roma were amazing. The location was literally a few hundred metres from the Spanish Steps and within a half walk of many major historical sites. The security of the building was great. We could hear no noise within or from outside. The apartment was lovely appointed and so clean. The staff were friendly. We would come again! Nothing

Excellent location. Rooms - smaller than appear on the pictures in Booking. Very noisy room - on the street. No staff available in the afternoon. Old elevator that did not work in the morning (we had to go down the stairs with all our luggage). Relatively expensive for the limited value you get.
