Good staff, good location, clean rooms

The staff were really nice. The room is super clean and smell good. The location was a bit far from the city center, however it’s close to bus stop and subway station.

The location is near to Bologna metro which allows me to explore Rome anytime Nothing

It is located in Bologna a beautiful place with a conad near and a lot of bar. There is a kitchen and a restaurant with nice prices. The lock are not secured. It is easy to broke them or to go inside. They are made to make you buy a locker. The hole is small. Some people wasn't respectful. The bed was noisy and hard. Someone broke the shower on purpose. If you don't have a bathroom inside your room it is very annoying and not clean. All the room is noisy except the air conditioner. The wood with plastic made hard noise. The towel was to rent. The room is divided and made tensions. They fix the shower at 8 in the morning of my check-out it was very easy to do this the evening.

Great facility The common bathrooms

The rooms are very clean; and the staff are super nice, both at the reception desk and in the cafeteria (especially the blonde girl, always cheerful and smiling). The location is very good, as well as the neighbourhood. It is a perfect choice for solo travellers, you feel safe all the time. I would definitely come back again.

The locker requires a special lock - the locking piece needs to be very thin (half the diameter of a pencil) and long. I had a padlock that works nearly everywhere that was barely too big and a suitcase lock that was too short. You will probably need to spend 5 euros to buy a lock from them if you want to lock up anything. The lockers are large but not deep, so they won't fit things larger than a backpack and a small carryon suitcase. The shower doors have a 1 inch gap, so anyone walking by can see everything. Also, the doors require a lot of force to push and then swing hard backwards, so they are a pain. The hooks to hang clothes are a few feet away from the shower, so you can't reach your clothes from the shower. The hostel is a bus or metro ride away (or 30min walk) from the Termini train station, so expect an awkward and uncomfortable trip to/from the hostel trying to hold your luggage on overcrowded public transport on your way to/from the hostel.

Great hostel, close to metro and train station, comfortable bed

Room , bathroom everywhere was super clean , it was my first experience in hostels and I will come back for sure. and there was a receptionist girl from Morroca wearing hijab which was so sweet and nice and very helpful to giving information about the city and public transportation unfortunately I forget to ask her nice but she was super nice. Nothing everything was great.

I like the place was clean Nothing

Good beds, huge room with plenty of space to put stuff around with making a mess. The receptionist in the checkin was super helpful with an unexpected change of my travel plans and agreed to me staying one night and not three, not at all obvious! Location is way out of the centre so you'll need transport which is decent. Metro station Bologna on line B is close and so is Roma Tiburtina, but still far out from the center. The major upside- it's calm! The shower room was cold and small, and the pressure was weak. All in all not a good shower.

The cleaning staff looked professional The bed was comfy Hostel staff was always nice, polite and positive The bathroom always had amenities needed The balcony was a good spot to smoke and have some fresh air The bathroom was not always tidy, thanks to the guests (both showers and toilets) A lot of rooms shared the same shower and toilet room, which made the experience a bit uncomfortable. Not sure about the price-performance ratio. Hostel-provided food menu, I wish there was more diversity in the menu and some good deals. Less engagement or community vibes, including guests' low involvement and less hotel-owned activities. I couldn't find any, maybe they do it on a monthly basis on specific dates.

There is no free breakfast. There is a store on the lower level selling drinks, pastries and etc.I believe I read somewhere breakfast was available for $5.00 . There are several cafes in the areas. They did provide a complimentary 8oz glass of juice upon arrival. There were other drinks to choose from as well. I stayed in a 4 bedroom bunk bed style. The sheets were nice , clean, ironed and folded. Nice clean bed covering as well. The room was clean and appropriately heated. The nice private curtains and overhead bed light helps with privacy. No place to hang a coat or anything. Storage drawer is available. The hallways were clean and the place was quiet at night. The bathrooms had hand soap and papers wipes but no soap in the showers. I enjoyed staying here and will return. The lower level kitchen was always available if you needed to use the microwave, heat your coffee or sit with fiends and have your meal. It would be nice if they had a paper map of the city to provide to guest upon arrival. The Bologna Metro station is best- just 6-7 walking blocks from there. Use google map from there.

there were no place for hanging your clothes, no place to put you luggage, while there were a huge free space in the room without any specific use. also it would be way better if the closets had digital locks.
