The power went out 4 or 5 times the first night we were there. The room was a little noisy which is probably why they have earplugs available.

The property was clean and well maintained. The room was large and the bed was very comfortable. The location was ideal for us due to the proximity of the train station and lots of good cafes and restaurants. It was in good walking distance of many attractions. A small refrigerator in the room would be helpful.

Great location, breakfast looked nice even though we were not able to eat it as we met with friends early. The room was a big room, but no mirrors. Also, no Frig in the room but they accommodated us with a frig in the eating area. We were told the washroom, was separate from the bedroom before we came and we thought that would work, but in reality, getting up during the night and having to use the key etc was really not conducive for us. They will tell you before you come, so if it doesn't matter, then it would be ok.

Close to Santa Maria Maggiore and Termini. The family suite had two memory foam king beds and a single bed, plus two bathrooms. Perfect for a family with multiple teenagers. The street isn't as lively or exciting as dinner nearby streets with cafes and shops. But they aren't too far away.

The room is very spacious and clean The location was a little bit sketch, and getting in and out of the elevator was not comfortable, so we had to take the stairs down with all our suitcases on checkout because we were not able to open the elevators

The room was quiet and comfy. Staff were lovely. It is important to note that the bathrooms are not in the room which we knew beforehand as it says it on the post and they emailed us beforehand.

Very clean. Great location near the train station and restaurants. Nice bathroom. Soft bed. Could be a lot of road traffic but we had none. Quiet street in off season.

Very clean and comfortable, lovely bathroom. Access to the bathroom was outside the room, which I was aware of booking it, but it is still less than an ideal situation. The only detracting factor, however!
