Antonio was amazing and super hospitable! The rooms were very clean and amenities were great, with AC in the summer. A great breakfast was provided each day. The AC didn’t work for one day, but it was fixed quickly.

Neighbours upstairs are noisy in the late evening

We were comfortable and breakfast was great!

This is my second stay at Rose Antiche and if I visit Rome again will definitely book there again.

Our stay : March 2025 It's a home away from home ! Valentina and Antonio are excellent hosts. They always go an extra mile to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay of their guests. Antonio spent an hour with us explaining with the map where to go and suggested best places to eat authentic Italian food. His love for his city, Rome, and food was quite evident throughout our stay. Really good breakfast served with so much of warmth and love every single day. As for the interiors, there is elegance in simplicity. Very close to the Vatican, and the nearest bus stop is just a short walk away. It's a must stay place. Thank you, Valentina and Antonio for making it so very memorable for us.

The owner of the apartment are fantastic Little bit far away from the city centre

Valentina and Antonio was the best host i've ever met. They are so kind and friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable. The bus station is very close, so you can reach the city center easy. It was a very good choosing ;) -

We have stayed in this hotel “B&B” with my family of six and it turned out that we booked it all. We were welcomed by the wonderful owner Valentina. Valentina prepared delicious breakfasts, baked amazing pastries, and brewed tasty coffee. Every day our rooms were cleaned and they had Wi-Fi and air conditioning. Valentina recommended where to try the best tiramisu and ice cream in Rome, and her husband told us how to get to the airport. She also offered to help us buy bus tickets and allowed us to leave our luggage after check-out since our flight was in the evening. I highly recommend this wonderful place to everyone!

Well I had a good room. Valentina cleaned the room every day. She cleared the rubbish from the bin and she must have washed, wiped the floor regularly. The breakfast was great, cereal and milk, fruit juice of the day, a good coffee, toast, butter ham or mortadella, scrambled eggs, cheese if I wished. Nutella, jam, sugar and a small desert depending on the day. Valentina and her husband asked me regularly whether I was happy with what they offered for breakfast. The toilet was just outside the room in the corridor, I knew about that. It was my personal toilet during my stay. It was cleaned everyday. They knew that it was very hot so they gave me two large towels everyday, a hand towel and a face cloth. I could wash easily twice a day if I wished. A TV set with good selection of Italian channels and Netflix too. Spacious room easy to go round and I could place the suitcase in three different parts of the room. Even if I had 2 large suitcases I could move easily. Being knew to the area I had to ask around to find where the small B&B is, because when I arrived the Taxi driver left me in a side street which is round the corner of the whole building. I had to walk about 10 metres to find the main entrance as there are no signs in that side street. At the entrance you might find the portiere who would help you out for sure.. At first you might think that the driver left you in the wrong place. The main entrance is in a closed (no cars) street.

The host were very supportive and helped us in all the queries The bathroom was very small and there is hardly any place to take shower

You must be ready thay it's not a story about luxury and the most modern surroundings, but about hospitality on the highest level. Antonio and Valentina are very kind, helpful and do their best to arrange You all You need. So if the atmosphere, nice friendly communication, perfect location and new friends are more important for You than lone vacations in very private and luxurious apartments - that's Your choice. Breakfast - all was tasty, rooms are very clean, bed is comfortable, location - 1 km from Vatican.

The kindest hosts welcome you to this home. The breakfast, served fresh and warm every morning, is more than amazing. The hosts give valuable advice on good restaurants in the area, how to get around Rome. The room and bathroom are cleaned daily. We are extremely grateful for their attention and attitude towards us. We highly recommend their home if you want to visit the heart of Italy - Rome! Everything was perfect!

Absurdly good service. I'm a Londoner who turned up overworked, under the weather and probably (definitely) somewhat prickly. Valentina's hospitality is true; authentic. "You had and early ticket this morning, so didn't have breakfast. Do have breakfast tomorrow. It pleases me." Antonio very generously talked through a perceived internet access issue. It was the red wine consumed by the guest rather than the router that was the rub, it transpired The place is spotless. On my table-for-one breakfast I was presented with: 1) a very large sweet pastry (doughnut or something akin) 2) a whole loaf of sliced bread...available to me at my table 3) assorted jams and spreads 4) a selection of cured meats and cheese (I put mine in a couple of slices of bread and toasted it in the panini toaster) 5) 2 types of cereal 6) OJ 7) coffee of my choice 8) and "would I like eggs?"....no Valentina, but good lord thank you for asking! 9) oh and breakfast dried bread-like-toase not known us people from the northern isles Oh and the location is about 10 mins walk from the Vatican. There are loads of Bars and restaurants on the main street. Unexpectedly good shower in your own bathroom. There was a very impressive record collection in the breakfast room that they are teasing us with when they could be being played as a part of breakfast.

Everything was great! Good localization, room and bathroom cleaned every day, tasty breakfasts (with delicious sweets made by Valentina) and the most important - Antonio and Valentina do their best to make your stay unforgetable, super positive experience. They are wonderful people who treats you like a best friend. Highly recommend! Everything was great!

Best place I ever stayed, the welcoming was great. The owners are really friendly and gave me so many good tips. You should definitely try tiramisu at Two sizes, even if you think you don’t like tiramisu. On my stay I felt like I’m at home. Super nice. Short walk till Vatican. As I had early flight, Valentine booked taxi for me and packed breakfast - super tasty. Definitely recommended.

Fantastic hosts that have made their home into a welcoming space. They went out of their way to explain how to get around and some great areas to visit for food and culture. Even though this place is out of the city centre once you realise it is only a short bus ride in to where everything is that you want to go and see, then everything was fine. We would like to thank our hosts and wish them all the best for the future ?
