Staff

Elevator is bad but staff and location very good

The bed was made daily. They called and woke me up at 5am!!!!! It was their mistake - I never requested a wake up call (who doesn’t have a phone alarm?!) That ruined my sleep (and morning).

Friendly staff. No room has balcony. It feels like you are in a jail cell. No free parking for your car and if you park under the hotel, you have to pay €15 a night. The hotel restaurant is not open for lunch and there is no restaurant close by to go get food.

Location from Center too far
-
Nothing Hotel is old for the price
-
The staffs should be a little more accommodating

When I booked it seemed breakfast and parking were included, but they were not. I had chosed this hotel for the parking but finallu had to pay 12 euros extras for this. I guess this could be given as extra service to visitors. From a 4stars Hotel I would also expect breakfast to be included, but it was not and I did not spend 12 euros for it. I went for dinner around 20:30 on a Wedneaday night, almost everything was over. No meat (tagliata), no baked potatos. Quite strange for that time in Italy. Room was way to warm and I have not been able to arrange the room temperature

We slept there for our last night in Rome as we had to be at the airport next morning and didn't want to be stressed and have to deal with traffic to get out of the city. Location was perfect-mid way between Rome and airport. Hotel was clean and perfect for our needs. We didn't have breakfast and didn't walk around the area. Convenient bus stop just in front of the hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was on the parking and road side which was quite noisy with traffic at night something to consider if you are not a deep sleeper.

Hotel price is better than other hotels for the standard of the hotel The location is far out You will need to use the public bus line to get around. City taxes are rated on the stars of the hotel so this hotel is more.
-
Nice place to stay. Close to Vatican City. Bus stop on front of the hotel. Easy access to all places. Staff friendly, breakfast with a lot of options for food. Definitely, I will recommend.

Too fare away from Roma centrale.

The room was ok, don't know why they have to put spot light in the room, when you wake up at night to go to the toilet the light comes on. One can put bedside light on. No need for security light in the room. The breakfast for very very basic. There were no fresh fruits, no banans. Only catered for mainly non veg. See above

Nothing !!!! Hostile staff !!! No coffee No kettle No water !!
-
Half way between Rome and the airport, convenient. Parking is in front. Rooms are nice and cosy. It feels a bit dated, and the breakfast could do with a bit more vegetables. Not bad all in all.
