Central location and great for walking to most of the sights in central Rome Room was smaller than anticipated

The staff and facilities The balcony looked a lot bigger on website and unfortunately I didn’t use it because it was very noticeable if you were out there if people were dining downstairs so the next time I stay, I wouldn’t pay the extra to have a Balcony room

Loved the ambience, the staff, especially girls at check in desks, the bedroom, the comfortable beds, the breakfast room and selection of food and value for money. The hotel was perfectly situated for walking to many wonderful places! There’s nothing to not like!

The staff was absolutely amazing — truly the reason we’ll be coming back! From Alissio and the entire front door team, to Lucca and the wonderful ladies at the front desk, everyone made us feel so welcome. The rooftop and restaurant staff were incredible, and the housekeeping team was the best we’ve experienced in a very long time. Special thanks to both Mateos upstairs, Alissio, Lorenzo, and Juliet at the delicious restaurant — the food was superb. We can’t wait to come back!
