Breakfast, kind staff who were on location, good instructions for arrival, amazing location, comfortable twin beds, thoughtful touches no fridge, room was small, a little too close to the tourist centre for our liking

I loved the service, room service breakfast, location, comfortable and spacious room. Everything was very clean. Aibori was great and very attentive. Nothing.

The supplied breakfast had lots of choice, most of it was to our taste. The room was quiet, clean, comfortable, and superbly located. The air conditioning was great. The coffee provided tasted like machine coffee, at one point the water was turned off with no warning (but i think this was a Rome issue, not a Zefiro issue!)

Excellent location. You step out and see the Colosseum down the road. Staff made up our room every day and changed towels on day 2. You can order breakfast,which is plenty and a good variety. It was clean and the bed was comfy. Staff was helpful at check-in with mapping out all the attractions and how to get there. Room is on the smaller side. Our room was right next to the entrance/reception area and we could hear people checking in/out. The bed head starts to peel off which makes it look a bit shabby. The Aircon struggled in the heat but that seemed common everywhere in Europe.

There was a good selection for breakfast. The rooms were cleaned daily and the beds made every day. The three girls who were taking care of us were exceptional I would rate them a 10 plus. although I thank them personnally I would appreciate it if you would let them know in the feedback.

The staff are awesome. Very clean and cute decor. Having breakfast served in our room was a great way to start the day. Great location. Coliseum was visible just up the street. Pharmacy across the street and mini market next door. Lots of nearby restaurants. No complaints at all.Very cute acc
