Breakfast was a joke and was cleaned up before 9am most days. Stayed 4 days and room was not cleaned/visited once.

you need a place to just sleep

Staff was very kind and nice and willing to help! Bathtub didnt look clean. Toilet seat was broken. Sink cabinet and towel rack was broken. Pool was closed. Waffle mix was spoiled. Went to the breakfast 35 minutes before closing and everything was gone except cereal. The front desk person was nice enough to put out a few pastries for us to choose from. 5am we had a ton of music and noise outside our room. Last about 20 minutes. Woke my whole family up.

Over all, the building is showing signs of neglect or at the very least, is in need of a very through cleaning and touch-up

Comitadation were well and was convenient for the time spent there.

Nothing in fact worst experience and would like to request for full refund Owner/manager bad behavior He is a over worked frustrated individual who needs a break or hire someone to take off his load of work. He shouts, he said he gives a shit, and not even care about rating. I said I’m a reparative genius customer but he said who ask you to book this hotel. He needs anger management training. Because of flight delay my wife with our two kids arrived at the hotel late night he treated them badly when my wife asked to replace the room because the room was filled with liquor smell. Next day morning my wife asked cleaning services because a small sugar jar broken in the luggage which spread over the carpet when opened the bag. He refused to provide cleaning services. Same day my wife with kids left the hotel even a day was remaining but she left and booked a nearby better hotel. Later that night when I arrived after midnight to sleep he started shouting on me saying you people don’t respect time and told me don’t ever book this hotel again.

The location was good but overall I would give below average scores. staff was not friendly, breakfast below average in room mediocre score at best

Hotel was ok. Did not have soap products in bathroom. Beds were very worn out and one of our queens sagged pretty bad on the middle of the bed. Staff was friendly and helpful. Building itself seemed run down and room was too. Our stay was ok. Disappointed in the quality of supplies in the room.

Location Staff was absolutely terrible. They consistently hang up on people. The whole hotel smells. When we left the hotel in the morning, we can back a few hours later to our hotel room door wide open and unattended. The water had been turned off and the shower cut out from the wall. There was garbage everywhere from “the plumber” and when I spoke with staff downstairs they tried to argue that they called my room and I didn’t answer (they had my cell phone number) and then said they’re allowed to enter to do maintenance. We packed up our stuff and left. Then to find some of our belongings missing. When I called staff to ask about it, the male started yelling at me on the phone (didn’t even listen to what I was saying) and then hung up.

When we entered the room, the refrigerator was left open and everything inside was thawing. I didn’t understand why, so I called the front desk. The staff member asked, “Do you plan on using it?” I said yes, and mentioned it was making a mess. They sent housekeeping to plug it in, but they left without cleaning up. The fridge was broken—it wouldn’t seal properly. When I called about it, the staff initially refused to replace it. Eventually, they brought a larger fridge, but it had been drenched in roach spray so heavily that the fumes were unbearable. I had to keep the window open and couldn’t sleep properly during my two-night stay. I will never stay here again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. The environment didn’t feel safe, either. One man got on the elevator with me, looked at my bags, and said, “You have some nice stuff.” I felt uncomfortable and on edge the entire time.

Upon walking into the hotel there was this peculiar smell. I really couldn’t enjoy my stay. We spent most of the day outside. I wouldn’t stay again.
