Rooms are great, staff is nice, mall right around corner you can walk there. The breakfast is top tier they have everything with a large seating area. Great place to stay.

Good lay out, housekeeping was extremely helpful when I was sick for an entire day there. Only complaint would be the outdated and uncomfortable chair/couch in the front room

Only issue I had was we ended up in an handicap accessible room. The removable shower did not mount so if you accidentally turned it out it sprayed everywhere. The shower was slippery. And since it did not have much of a lip on the shower the bathroom floor got extremely wet. We went through a ton of towels. It was definitely a fall hazard. Also where the bathroom was in the room you could hear everything going on in the bathroom everything echoing. So no real privacy.

Airport noise woke us up early. Heard people in the hall or next door talking. While in the bedroom with the bedroom door closed.

Great rooms, clean , under staff for breakfast only one guy and he was working hard. Breakfast food was like a cheap dinner restaurant. I would have paid for breakfast if the food was better. Eggs underdone, pancakes gross and dirty tables.

If you’re going to be at the Rosemont convention center, the Embassy Suites can’t be beat for convenience and service.
