People above us were loud- stomping- and early morning woke up to freaking dogs barking in the hall way - way too early for that 😡😴😴but other than that everything else was good

Housekeeping lady was great and did a good job cleaning! Other than that it was ok for the price and what I needed it for. The place overall is not the cleanest or high quality but good enough for a few nights. I do wonder if the elevator is up to code. The staff was courteous except for one older staff member that was rude with people in the pool at closing time.

Very clean, but showing its age a bit. Friendly professional staff. Very nice pool. An outdoor charcoal grill is available should you choose to use it. Pet friendly with no extra fees. I really like their beds. Nice and firm without being rock hard and feel fairly new. Also every room has a microwave and a refrigerator with freezer. Nice little seating area in each room with a table and two chairs. I found it quite nice

Nice property. Good location. Very friendly and professional staff. You can tell that the property is older and although it is pretty well maintained, it is showing its age. Spotlessly clean, friendly staff, nice pool. One thing that is a real plus for me is they are pet friendly, with no extra charge for your pets. No breakfast included but there is a waffle house right across the parking lot from the office

It was walking distance from Ford Bend Epicenter just about 10mins. Also has a few eateries and other businesses (e.g. nail salon ). It’s clearly a recently refurbished building and so everything was nice and clean. All the staff were very warm and friendly. Thanks Andy! Thin walls, I could hear my neighbor snoring! It was a weekend and the price was crazy - $416.26 for two nights!! How’s that a budget hotel?!?! I think there was also some dodgy postings because cheaper rooms became available the next day.
