FOOD WAS EXECLLENT VERY NICE STAFF AND FACILITY........ THE TEN DOLLAR PARKING FEE WAS A BIT STUPID.

Seriously the owners need to take a refresher course in hospitality management. If you need to increase your financial return just adjust your room price and not insult your customers by charging extra for parking and making no attempt at what is now expected as at least a breakfast drink and snack. Will you be next charging for the towels and bed linens? How about extra for a mattress?

The location and amenities. We were told our room was non-smoking yet it smelled like an ashtray and the bed was uncomfortable. My back hurt for a week afterward.

The room was super outdated and honestly dirty. The fridge still had old food in it. The bathtub and shower looked like they were 40 years old. The bed was AWFUL. It was like sleeping on a brick. The pillows deflated within 2 minutes.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel however, when I got to my room, one of the beds looked like it had been laid on top of, and the shower had very small curly hairs on the wall. I was really tired from a road trip so I decided not to say anything, but I would definitely stay here again.

However, the room ware had a weird smell when we entered. It was too late when we checked in to get the room changed.

No crazy issues but just general disappointment from my expectation. Bed was comfy and felt very clean.

While, to be fair, I was informed at check in, I was a little perplexed as to a $10 parking charge in Rossford/Perrysburg Ohio on a Tuesday. I work in Philadelphia and I’m no stranger to paid parking at hotels. I pass through the Toledo region a minimum of four times a year for the past decade. but this is the first time I’ve ever paid one at a hotel in this area.
