SpringHill Suites by Marriott Atlanta Alpharetta/Roswell

Everything was actually very good. Breakfast was above par for free breakfast at these hotels. Our only reason for not 5 stars was the noise. The building from the 4th floor on the road side is very loud from the traffic passing .

Just a really nice hotel

The room was exceptionally clean and smelled amazing! The most comfortable bed I’ve slept in at any hotel by far and breakfast was really good! I plan on making this the hotel I stay at each time we travel to the Atlanta area. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Very good

It was a very pleasant stay. My room was facing the road and as soon as I checked in the front desk attendant let me know that and said if it was too noisy she could move me the next night but just didn’t have another king room available the first night. The noise was not even bad enough to move. It’s a very clean hotel. I didn’t use any of the amenities or eat the breakfast because I was meeting family to eat in the city but still a very pleasant stay. I plan on staying there again next month.

The rooms were clean, beds were comfy, and breakfast was good.

I worked with two people at the front desk when I checked out on the 16th I worked with a wonderful lady with long braids. I’m trying to remember her name but I can’t. She was so polite and helpful. I will definitely be back for many future visits! Joanie Rankin

I loved the rooms we got and how comfy and clean they were. We were running late for a concert and it took 30 minutes to get checked into the room. Which took up time we needed to get ready for it. There were only 3 people in front of me waiting also. The staff member was kind but it took way too long to get into the room.i just wanted to hurry and get in the room so we could’ve not missed the opening act.

Nice location and very clean hotel. Breakfast was nice. Pool was okay (little cold). Room was very spacious and loved the size of the bathroom. Only negative was lighting in room. No overhead lights and very dark in room if the curtain closed.

Such a great stay!! The breakfast was top notch with an oatmeal station . Shower was nice and hot and super comfy bed!

The room was warmer than we like and we were unable to get it any cooler with the wall A/C. There isn’t Central A/C. Also, the bed was very firm. The hotel is very nice and the staff was very polite. Unfortunately due to the warm room and firm bed we aren’t able to sleep well, but this is due to personal preference.

I loved the quality & style of the room. It accommodated my family & I very well! Breakfast was very good! Pool was good! Liked all amenities’

Mold in the ice tray, carpet ripped, broken desk chair that sank and tipped forward enough when sat on that it hurt my back very much. Bed was like a rock , I had sore hip and stiff neck when I woke up. Walls are paper thin you hear every noise inside and outside building. Staff at desk were hard to deal with on the phone and in person too. Very frustrating on multiple levels
